Beautiful hotel! Beautiful gardens with fantastic view over the lake and Copacabana! Lovely breakfast and onsite restaurant was also lovely! Friendly staff who held our luggage.

Quiet, good location, nice views over harbour

Woke up to find around 15 ants in the bed. Appeared to be evidence of ant powder on the floor but the receptionist said they didn’t know about the problem.

Very nice and clean hotel with an amazing garden.

My only regret is that I just stayed for one night. I definitely recommend to book for a longer time.

The staff were all helpful and friendly. The accommodations were fantastic and the view was amazing.

This was by far the best accommodation we've had during 2 months of traveling! Spacious and clean, big bathroom with shelfs and hooks. View on the lake, big garden with hammocks and alpacas, good restaurant and cafeteria. I have issues with my back and the bed was incredibly comfortable! Another plus: it had a real duvet, not only the heavy blankets you find everywhere. Besides, we finally found a warm place as there wasn't only a wood stove, but also two electric heaters, and even two hot-water bottles! The staff was really friendly too. Everything just perfect, thank you so much!

there are not only have two heaters in the room but also prepared two warm bags , keep me very warm, really appreciated. beautiful views from my room , kitchen will equipped, spacious rooms with big restrooms ….water was hot enough to give a comfortable shower experience !!! their staffs are so friendly, and food is delicious , btw , there are two alpacas in the garden you can play with. the best place to stay in Copacabana.

I like that the staff and ownership goes above and beyond to do the little things that really help create a comfortable stay. The staff was especially very helpful and friendly.

One thing that can be improved is the breakfast, specifically the bread option.

Hair drier didn't work

Lovely place with a beautiful garden (with two grazing Alpacas), and a wonderful view of the lake. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and come with a heater and a waterkettle for making tea which is great when you easily get cold like I do. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the restaurant makes great food, all in all a great place to stay!

The rooms were very comfortable, quiet, clean and nice. The staff was very helpful and everything was in order. My only suggestion is to clean up the outside gardens a bit more.

I booked this hotel for its views of Titicaca Lake. The facilities are located higher than the city of Copacabana right under Calvario Hill, so the views you get are fantastic. It is worth mentioning that the staff treated me way better than I anticipated. I even had a chance to speak with the owner of this hotel. Breakfast was good considering this is not a five-star hotel. The accommodations are definitely not luxurious, but much better than most other options in Copacabana. The hotel is beautifully decorated with live plants which enhance the 'ambiance' of the place.

On the negative side, the location of the hotel is at a slightly higher elevation than the rest of the city, so in order to access it from the city you will have to walk UP. This is not a big deal in the Sea Level hotel but when you are at 4000 meters above sea level, you may need some extra energy to get back to the hotel. Of course, this is just lazy thinking, so that I have something to write in this box since I could not find any other negative thing to say about this great hotel.

Beautifully set out property with view over the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice restaurant too. Spacious, comfortable room.

Maybe there could be other options for the standard (included) breakfast - at present it is just eggs and bread with a cold and a hot drink, though you can pay extra to have eg muesli and fruit.

The La Cupula hotel is amazing, in a great area, very near facilities. It has an amazing view, and the staff is great. They an amazing garden, and a place with hammocks for you to relax And also a pair of baby alpacas, so cute you don't want to leave the hotel!

We had some trouble with the toilet, it's very small and had a terrible smell, coming from the sewage. As the room was very small for 4 people, we had to let the bathroom door closed all the time, and when we opened the smell that would come to the room was awful. We spoke to the managers and they said the smell is caused by the rain, and how it flood the sewage.

Beautiful location and accommodation. The staff were really friendly and helpful. They helped us organised a day trip around the lake.
