Nice breakfast Good Location, close to the beach

Room not ready at check-in time(Take 1.5 hours, No update by staff) - We arrived at 3pm(Check-in) time, but the room was not ready and other visitors also faced same situation. - Hotel staff informed me they give me a calling once they're ready. - They gave me One free restaurant drink coupon, But No calling for 1.5 hours. - Finally i tried to check the status, then they just assigned the room. I'm not sure they forgot to make call or .... - My friend was waiting for my check-in, and we wasted the time until our dinner... - Lost my life time will not be returned with drink coupons.

Room, Location and breakfast was all good. Room was not arranged for 3 guests even when the booking was for 3 member family. Check-in was bit slow, improvement required especially when online check-in forms where filled in advance and even credit card detail was available.

Car parking was open and that too away from Hotel, during rain/hot sun not that convenient. But considering a resort style stay its manageable.

The room was smaller than expected. Breakfast was not bad, but not excellent.

I liked that the hotel is pretty huge and spacious. We are staying at this hotel for the third time and we really like that pool zone is very nice. The restaurant food has lots of variety and is delicious.

1.The beach is very dirty and looks bad. 2.There was a problem with booking.com when I booked this hotel, it charged the full amount of the stay prior two weeks before the stay. However, at the booking.com I chose the option where I can pay at the property when I check in. When I contacted the hotel about this issue, they couldn’t solve the problem.

Not really good value for money , the rest of the beach is clean until you arrive at the Shangri-La then it’s just covered in Rubbish not just on the shoreline ,but also all up around the seating area. Then also the pool was closed so nowhere to swim , cleaners trying to get into the room to clean at 10am is too early in my opinion.

The staff were v helpful and accomodating with our baby and all the facilities there for him were wonderful and always clean.

I liked the view &location of the property .

The service and the amanities in the room . Rooms amenities are not clean . Specially the bed sheet . I came here to remember my childhood memories but I was very unhappy about their service .

It’s a very kids-friendly hotel with safe pools and clean beach.

We checked in during the busy hours and waited for quite a while before our turn. We were warmly served by Shawn Tan (Asst Front Office Manager) and chatted a bit with him. It was very nice of him to offer us a complimentary buffet dinner upon knowing that my wife and I were celebrating our anniversary. We were also offered a box of chocolate and cake. The next day, although the queue for breakfast at Silver Shell Cafe was long, again due to the peak hour, we managed to find our way to the Business Lounge for a quite breakfast with ample seats. We were glad Shangri-La offers this option for guests without children. Overall we had a very memorable anniversary celebration.

All good. I have no other comments. I think the staff took really good care of us throughout stay there over the weekend. That’s all I have for now.

Private beach and facilities

Check-in and Check-out processes are very slow. No detailed explanation by the staff about the expenses that I had to pay extra for some things that I thought would be included as a voucher from the hotel. It turned out that you pay for the voucher.

早餐和晚餐選擇很多，但希望能多一點本地傳統食物，讓我們可以體驗當地文化。

這次入住的房間保險櫃在入住的時候就已經鎖住了，怎樣都打不開，以至於我們要帶著貴重物品去游泳，這樣非常不好。希望保潔人員能在每次客人退房後都能檢查一遍並確保下一位住客能入場使如常使用，這非常重要。

There were many things to do near the hotel & some staff were very helpful. There was a decent breakfast offering (but arrive before 9am).

The 'adult only' section was simply a rope across the pool separating the sides so it was very loud & splashy. The activities were broadcast on loudspeaker so there wasn't really anywhere to relax. Getting a taxi was very difficult. I have stayed in Shangri La's before & always had exceptional service, however here felt tired & somewhere like we were an inconvenience, maybe as it was the holiday season. I have never really had issues with a hotel before but this was way overpriced compared to the normal 5* Shangri La experience & I would not recommend staying here.

spacious room and great place for family staycation. Can order breakfast using QR code and it was promptly delivered to table.

Wish more shuttle schedule available from MRT to hotel and more staff at pool side area. Time slots were reserved for pool and beach but pool side chairs were not cleared so it's difficult to check empty seats.

Breakfast was good with a good choice of foods, buffet dinners were very expensive especially for children who eat next to nothing.

Children choose daughter 6 years old not much of a choice unless they eat the same foods as the adults.

房間過於潮溼、枕頭太軟、浴室蓮蓬頭水管的地方有壞掉，一邊洗澡會一邊噴很多水出來。

Shangrila Rasa has always been my favourite hotel as it offers various activities for the family. I like the welcome drinks and ice cream! :) Nice view of the sea, sun and sky!

I prefer having bidet :)

Amazing view A lot of things to do inside the island itself. Very helpful staff! And I would like to thank in particular Micah, who was so helpful during my stay, not only when I needed something inside, even for her recommendations to places to visits outside.

The cost for laundry is really expensive.
