It is near the mrt station and convenience store. Walking distance to shopping center like bugis junction and mustafa. Staff are accommodating also. Check-in and out was so easy.

The food was very good, and the location was excellent because within a short walk a person could catch a bus or the train and the spot is well known to the taxi drivers. The swimming pool, gym and laundry facilities were great.

it was not easy to operate the air conditioning, Although Singapore is warm sometimes the room was like stepping into a fridge.

Die günstigste Lage zum Zentrum war sehr gut. Gute Anbindung zu Bus und MRT (nur 300m). Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war okay. Badezimmer gut und sauber. Was sehr gut war, die Fensterverdunklung.

Das Zimmer für zwei Personen viel zu klein und zu eng. Man kann nicht aneinander vorbei gehen ohne das einer sich in eine Ecke quetschen muss. Taschenablage nur für einen Koffer. Zweiter Koffer passt nicht mehr ins Zimmer. Frühstück viel zu teuer und eine einzige Massenabfertigung. Der zweite Toaster war alle Tage defekt. Bei den Massen, die da durchgehen EIN Toaster absolut zu wenig. Die Stühle im Frühstücksraum keimig und abgenutzt.

Things inside the room did function properly, room was so small that I could hardly could open my suitcase, water only dripping when taking shower, window was reticulesly facing another room’s window that was only 3 foot away. Room was dirty, mildew and dirt every where !!! Terrible !!! Only one good thing about this hotel was the staff at the concierge desk was very helpful, gave me direction from his best knowledge. I don’t know how this hotel get a 4 stars status, I wouldn’t even give it a 2 stars. Never again !!!!

location was great and it is a good place to stay. It is very tidy and clean. Check in was incredible didnt take much time and it is close to shopping places. We got checked in earlier which was awesome.

The location was the best part of the hotel

The room is much smaller than is looks in the photos. The first room I was in the a/c was not working and there was a bad smell coming so we changed the room, it was the same room on another floor. They had no options to upgrade the room to something better even thought I was willing to pay more.

We found the staff so unfriendly and rude! Especially at breakfast, I am not sure if it was the Hotel Breakfast Manager but he was extremely rude and grumpy. The Reception staff was also rude as well and such an unfriendly face. The rooms are very small and tight! Rooms only get cleaned every other day. Laundry was over crowded and not sufficient Iron for so many people. You will have to wait hours to be able to iron your clothes and don’t get me started with the washing. If you do want to go ahead, make sure you are prepared to have wrinkled clothes, or bring an iron. Be prepared for a grumpy and moody breakfast staff. If you are a family, make sure you stay out till late and just arrive at the hotel to sleep in and not chill as no space in room.

The room was the smallest room we’ve ever stayed in. So small our suitcases barely fit in the room! Was way overpriced! The air con was leaking all night and the room was flooded with water and ruined our luggage and slipped over in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom and kept us up all night with the dripping sound staff did not care. No view and no privacy with the other rooms looking into ours. We were happy to leave Singapore

Location is convenient. walking distance from Lavender MRT Station. The room is nice and clean. 13th floor has a good view of the city. They have a smoking area on the 4th floor, and the laundry machine is also convenient to use on the same floor. They are generous with the housekeeping. new sheets and towels everyday, and bottles of water too.

The front desk was very friendly and didn't have to wait for check in. She just checked in super quickly which was very convenient and helpful.

The bed smells. Not sure they use the same bed sheets, it wasn't hygiene at all. The rooms smells like its been close and have this dusty smell.

C’est un très grand hôtel mais nous l’avons trouvé plutôt bien insonoriser. La salle de sport te la piscine est un plus.

I like nothing the room it doesn’t feed even our bags and I already paid 1200 $ for 5 nights and I didn’t stay there even 1 night. I checked out and they take the whole money for 6 nights and they don’t answer my agency anymore and they don’t want to gave the refund and they were really rude to customers .

I already told them my wife she can’t stay in room it doesn’t have a window because she has a phobia from close places, and the answer was is not our business. They were really rude even when it’s about health problem. So guys don’t try to book in this hotel because they are cheaters and really rude and in the end you will lost your money.

I didn't like it; staying at this hotel was not worthy at all, just waste of valuable money for tourists with family like me.

My stay at Hotel Boss was horrible experiences. I Booked 1 Family Room with Breakfast for 4 Adults (Me, my wife and my 16 & 22 years 2 daughters) - but the family room size was exceptionally small with two queen size beds, I guess it was regular room with 2 queen beds. There was no spaces for keeping luggage even very uncomfortable walking inside the room. The bathroom was very tiny and unusable for a bulky person. The breakfast area is also too small for such crowded hotel. The lobby stays always crowded with hundreds of people - you can't even think of sitting at lobby for a while.

The staff who got us checked in Eric Sia was approachable and unfriendly. Needs to improve on customer management.
