Walking distance from Paddington. Requested a room with a window (previous visits we’ve been on the lower ground floor) which we got. Staff great. Ate one evening meal (on arrival) which was fabulous.

The room was quite small & one side of the bed was against the wall so difficult to exit. Not a deal breaker.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr schönen Ecke von Westminster. Mit einem kleinen Fußmarsch ist man direkt bei der Ubhanhaltestelle Peddington und kann von dort aus überall hin. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Das Hotel ist sauber und und hat einen schönen Stil. Bisschen Boho,öko :) Das Restauraut oder Bistro?!, welches sich direkt im Hotel befindet ist vegetarisch/vegan. Ich weiß ich ob das irgendwo stand, aber ich habe es überlesen :) Für mich als Vegetarier kein Problem, aber jemand der Fleisch braucht, ist hier an der flaschen Adresse. Jedoch war das Essen sehr gut und auch hier das Personal sehr nett.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Keller, bei welchem man das Fenster nicht öffnen könnte und es sehr dunkel war, da die Fenster auch noch mit Folie überklebt waren. Das war nicht cool. Das Zimmer war schön, aber die "Lage" nicht. Zum Glück waren wir nur zum schlafen drin und sonst nicht.

Nos llevamos muy buena experiencia con este hotel, la ubicación es excelente esta cerca de la estación Paddington y en la zona hay muchos restaurantes. Las instalaciones del hotel muy bonitas y en buen estado al igual que la habitación.

Por fin un Hotel en Londres limpio y con buenas instalaciones.

Nos toco la habitación en la última planta con buhardilla y era un poco incómodo. Nos faltó un armario para guardar la ropa. Pero son detalles que no afecto nuestra estancia

The property was in an excellent location - an easy walk to 2 subway stations as well as Paddington Station . The hotel was very clean and the staff extremely courteous and welcoming.

There were little things that were difficult- one of the beds had a crater in it. There was no electrical outlet with access to a mirror for hair dryer or curling iron.

Loved the calm atmosphere. The attention to environmental impact was evident in most areas of the hotel. Staff were amazing. Helpful and kind

Only issue was with house keeping. Dirty floors and poor bed making.

Die Lage ist wirklich perfekt, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hyde Park und der Paddington Station entfernt.

Die sehr laute Klimaanlage ließ sich leider nicht abschalten und hat doch ein wenig beim Schlafen gestört.

걸어서 5-10분 내외에 버스와 지하철 및 히스로익스프레스를 탈 수 있다는 점에서 편리했습니다. 직원의 서비스가 매우 친절했고, 매일 방이 깨끗히 청소되어서 지내기에도 불편함이 없었고, 로비와 1층 식당의 분위기도 좋습니다. 이용하지는 않았지만 요가룸도 있어서 여유가 있는 여행자라면 편히 지내기에 부족함이 없을 것 같습니다. 여러면에서 만족스러웠고 다음에 런던을 방문하게 된다면 또 머물고 싶은 곳입니다!

실내에서 실외화를 신는 것이 익숙하지 않은 동양사람들을 위해서 룸에 슬리퍼가 비치되어 있으면 좋겠어요. 물론 직원에게 요청했으면 준비해 주었을 것 같아요. 워낙 친절하고 뭐든 도와주려는 자세였거든요.

Zimmer viel zu klein für 2 grosse Koffer, extrem einengender Raum. Klimaanlage lief ununterbrochen. Konnte nicht abgeschalten werden. Schmuddliges verstaubtes Zimmer.

It was a little smaller than expected

Très bel hôtel, jolie décoration, personnel très accueillant, excellent petit déjeuner, calme et très bien situé, à 5 minutes à pied de la station de métro et de Hyde park.

La chambre trop petite ( annoncée sur le site 22m2) à peine 12 à 13m2. La salle d eau est simplement une cloison vitrée ( vitres floues) mais aucune intimité. Nous avons eu l’impression d’ avoir une chambre pour 1 personne.

L’hotel si trova nel carinissimo quartiere Paddington a due passi dalla metropolitana. È finemente arredato in stile Scandinavo con grande attenzione alla sostenibilità. Lo staff è cordiale e gentile. La pulizia delle aree comuni e delle stanze era davvero eccellente. La colazione, non inclusa nel prezzo, è molto buona e preparata con cura.

Il prezzo un pochino alto per due notti, ma in linea con le tariffe Londinesi del periodo

Great location, it only takes 5 minutes to walk to Paddington Station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. It's also very safe to come back at night. The hotel staff are all very friendly and polite, and the room decoration and style are very stylish. I especially love the aroma in the room.

The soundproofing of the room is very poor, and the noise from upstairs walking seriously affects sleep. During my stay, I was awakened as early as 6 o'clock and hardly had a good night's sleep. The bathroom sink is very small, and there is no refrigerator provided in the room.

I love the coffee place in the first floor with all the healthy options! The choice of organic materials, the decoration and the staff were really nice! I love also the books selection you had in the lobby!

I don’t have anything negative to say.

נאלצנו להתקלח עם זרם מים מאוד חלש אחרי יום ארוך בחוץ. בקושי מאפשר מקלחת נורמלית - מאוד מבאס. שימו לב!! המסעדה במלון מאוד יקרה! כוס שוקו עלתה 30₪ וטוסט עם אבוקדו עלה מעל 50₪ המיטה הזוגית בגודל שלא מספיק באמת לזוג - לקחת בחשבון.

El hotel es un hotel boutique con detalles hermosos , la comida es deliciosa, la ubicación increíble . No es un hotel grande sino pequeño con estilo, y me encantó !

Los lavamanos están listos sin embargo pudieran ser más altos

Huone oli kompakti, vuode erittäin hyvä vaikka oli vain 1400mm leveä. Henkilökuntaa oli aina saatavilla ja palvelu oli ystävällistä. Infrapunasauna oli ilmainen talon asukkaille ja mielenkiintoinen kokemus. Kylmän päivän iltana se oli erittäin mukava palvelu. Hyvää juomavettä sai käytävältä hanasta ja siivooja täytti karahvin joka päivä.

Huoneessamme oli erittäin kylmää, koska meille ei neuvottu, miten lämmityslaite toimii. Vasta viimeisenä iltana meille näytettiin näppäin, josta lämmityslaitteen saa päälle...no, viileässä nukkuu hyvin. Hotelli on ekologisuuteen pohjaava kaikissa toiminnoissaan...

Excellent location, in a quiet street close to Paddington, Hyde Park, Bayswater/Notting Hill, and with the Elisabeth line downtown. Very friendly and helpful stuff, there was a mistake with giving us a handicapped room, but was corrected and we were given an upgrade as well. Very clean room, comfy bed. A very big plus the water stations to re-fill water bottles, and with fresh filter coffee and extra tea, something we hope to see in more hotels!

Läget, själva rummet som var fint, stort och fräscht, sängarna och en skön dusch. Tyst.

Ingenstans att hänga handdukarna så omöjligt att få dem att torka. Inte städat ännu klockan 15:30 och skyllde på att det är inget man kan räkna med. man ska inte behöva vänta till 16:00 när man vill hinna vila och byta om inför kvällen. Samtidigt framhåller hotellet vikten av att få slappna av och vila. Trång toalett.

Personnel agréable et à l’écoute. Hôtel magnifique dans un quartier superbe non loin des lieux d’intérêts. Très propre et belle décoration. calme.

Chambre un peu petite mais ça allait car elle était très confortable. Manque d’équipements dans la chambre (il faut demander)
