This property met all of our expectations. Peaceful, relaxing stay. Great communication from the property manager. We enjoyed the pool, huge backyard, and the beach within steps from a beautiful home. Location was perfect. Hope to return!

Sunsets are spectacular. Beach is great. The layout of the house is a little awkward at first but you get used to it. Would absolutely stay again.

House is spacious, clean and well equipped. Beautiful setting. There are a lot of stairs leading up to the property and inside, but would highly recommend. The house easily accommodated 8 adults, 2 children and 2 toddlers.

Everything was great. Plenty of pool ocean toys snorkeling House was great. Very stocked w what we needed. Highly recommed this place.

We selected this home to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our kids and grandkids, and it was all we had hoped for!! This property was just as beautiful as depicted!! Well appointed home decorated with impeccable taste, with space galore. Our family of 12 was comfortable, inside and out. The beds are wonderful, and the bathrooms were exceptionally roomy. Plenty of quality kitchen wares and dining service. The VIEW across the wide lawn to the Pacific is a feast for the eyes!! Kids of all ages loved the huge lawn for playtime, the private pool, and of course our own stretch of beach. We loved spotting the sea turtles! Very close to attractions, restaurants and shopping, yet in a secluded setting. We reported one non-functioning coffeemaker, and it was immediately replaced with a new one, along with warm malasadas! We left with full hearts and precious memories!!!!

The property was perfect for our group of 12. Excellent location, beautiful ocean front, with a fabulous lanai for our use. Central to our needs allowing us to go either Wailea, Lahaina, or Paia with little travel time. Half an hour from the airport for easy access. Our host Ed was very responsive before and during our stay. I would recommend highly for a large group.

We had the vacation of a lifetime here…. The property was perfect, from the great lawn, to the pool, to the location of the property! It truly was a dream come true! Other than being a little dated, the property was perfect, with all of the items you’ll need for a fabulous stay! We hope to return at some point in the future…

This is the second time my family has stayed here. Such a wonderful set up for large families. We appreciate the privacy, pool, and outdoor space. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean. The house is well stocked with appliances and beach towels. It’s always so hard to leave this place. I’d come here every year if I could afford it ☺️

Perfect location and size. Lots of steps inside and out so be prepared. Very comfortable.

The property is beautiful, just as advertised. Fresh mangos from a large tree in the front, amazing sunsets from the patio in the back. Mike was available for any trouble shooting, if needed. You will not be disappointed!!

From when we arrived and met the wonderful property manager, Mike, to when we sadly left, it was an incredible visit. The spacious home easily fitted all 14 of us, the kitchens amenities were great, but the best was stepping out to the pool area where we gathered and enjoyed the magnificent sunsets. We’d swim in the pool or wander down to “our” beach, and the grandkids had such fun playing tag on the huge lawn. We enjoyed the laid back atmosphere of Kihei. A wonderful stay.

Ed was great to communicate with. The whole experience worked like clockwork.

The only thing would have been a half bath near the patio and pool

We have stayed in several VRBO’s on Maui but this home was amazing. The home, the pool, the lawn leading out to what was almost your own private beach, more than met our expectations. Great whale watching, turtle watching. Surf is always calm enough for paddle boards and parents felt safe for the young kids out in the ocean. It is close to snorkeling spots and beaches with larger waves. They provide some water shoes or bring your own as you will need them out in the water. I could go on but for our large family this was a great location. I do have to mention the sunsets were beautiful.

We loved our time at this house. It met all our needs. We had a very small issue and they took care of it right away. Would highly recommend.

6 luxury bedrooms and two kitchens and a delightful pool, we had an incredible time

We have rented this house four times now in the last five years for our entire family. Love the location, the beach, the privacy and the size! Hope to be back again soon!

We were a family group of 11 adults. The house was just as expected. Bonuses were snorkel gear, lots of beach towels and reef shoes. The beach our front was very rocky/coral-ly so you will need them. Big nature bonus was the sea turtles coming up on the beach nightly at sunset. "Maui"Mike, the caretaker, was a wealth of info and checked in frequently and became part of the family. All around a fabulous holiday. My only little suggestion would be the have the pool heated, which I know would be pricey, but at least have a solar cover for it. It was disappointingly too chilly for us to use. If you are going to Maui this is the place to stay!

We just had the most amazing family vacation here. The house worked perfectly for our family. The outside property was exceptional. Pool, yard and the beach were right at our fingertips. Sunsets were enjoyed every evening. We would highly recommend this property.

Our family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home! We had 8 adults, 3 kids plus one baby. Great to walk across the back lawn direct to the beach. Beautiful pool, and very comfortable beds, and 6 bathrooms. Everything you needs is already there: beach chairs, water shoes, pool toys, umbrellas. Great service from Michael, head of maintenance. Only complaint was a few small repairs that I thought should have been done considering the daily rate. Overall a wonderful time, and I highly recommend if you need a big place in a beautiful location. Well worth the money.

Extraordinary views, house was fantastic. Kitchen was phenomenally appointed. Great common areas for a family of 14. Pool was a plus for youngsters. Would come again and again!

The home and property are beautiful! Just steps from a picturesque beach where we walked every night and regularly saw sea turtles. The beds were cozy and the main areas easily accommodated our large group. Mike gave us several suggestions regarding food, beaches, snorkeling, where to get fresh fish, etc. He answered all of our questions timely and was a pleasure to deal with. This property has it all and does not disappoint!

Ed has a great house on the beach , fully stocked and then some. zero problems and everything in working order.

We had our family of seven and a few relatives visit. The property is two adjoined 3 bedroom condos in a single structure. We had a wonderful time on the patio, in the pool, and at the beach nearby. The children loved the three resident turtles at the beach!

Lots of room for everyone to sleep comfortably and kitchen area for making and eating. Pool for the kids to play in and the beach out the back door. Fantastic family get away

Entire family had a wonderful 7 night stay. Many memories to cherish for years to come.
