Nothing. The hotel only looks good but the quality is deplorable. The hotel has DJ nights on roof top which causes lots of vibration in window panes and glass doors of balcony. The staff is aware of this and still doesnt give advance warning. The only low point of my stay in Udaipur.

Attitude of Staff: Despite knowing the problem vibrations due to DJ nights, no advance warning. they expect guests to attend DJ nights instead of resting in the room. Quality of Room: For the first time I saw a hotel which is a four star hotel but doest have noise cancellation.

I liked the the architecture, interiors and overall arrangement to make the property look beautiful. Roof top bar is also a good location to spend some quality time.

Staff is very much unprofessional, no Standards, no grooming or sense of hospitality. The basic facilities are not available in room like facial tissues, dental kit or so... You may get it on demand though. Hotel denied early check-in to me but their unfortunate is that I myself witnessed another guest during breakfast who made early check-in and was discussing same thing with staff. Breakfast is not at all worth for money. Don't book rooms with balcony on extra charge because you expect a good view from balcony but you are provided with a wall instead, hanging with some plants to compensate your view. Don't know whether the staff don't understand or actually they don't have but my request for warm water bag or ice bag was denied at front desk and I was advised to ask for it restaurant.... Seriously? In night, you may hear the foot steps, noise outside and people talking... what type of comfortable rooms are these. Charges were too high.... I paid almost 9000/- per night for this experience.

Overall a good ambience, nice support staff with good amenities.

Lot of noise on the weekends due to late night songs, sound comes inside the rooms & is also quite loud. Rooms are smaller. Better suited for party goers rather than family audiences.

First and foremost, the hotel has an incredible swimming pool, beautiful rooms and a staff worth mentioning. Throughout my stay right from the point of check in to the end of stay it was a super comfortable and memorable one. I was sceptical about the breakfast and food first, but believe me it was worth every penny. I was about to go to other places for food but ended up having all the meals in Sangria the restaurant. I stayed with my wifey and she specially liked the spa treatment. It was a fantastic stay!!!

The only thing that bugs me about Udaipur hotels is parking but Swaroop has a superb parking facility. So all in all there was really nothing that I didn't like.

The location was easily accessible to the sight seeing areas

the cleanliness.. the rooms had dull lights.. washroom wasn’t having any fragrance. checkout time is 10am which is too early for a leisure trip.

I had an amazing stay with swaroop vilas. Ambiance is great, energy of staff and hotel is positive, make you stay repeatedly with them. It's located opposite of swaroop Sagar lake, on prime location of udaipur.
