Great location and amazing ocean view from every window. Walking distance to a bunch of bars and restaurants. Super clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Maureen, the owner, is so easy and very friendly to work with. The Marbella Del Caribe Este condo is direct beachfront located on the penthouse (PH) floor. The condo is fully stocked with everything you need, i.e. toilet papers, paper towels, spices for cooking, Ninja blender, 2 beach chairs, 1 beach umbrella, portable cooler, body boards, pool noodles, beach toys, etc. The balcony is huge to enjoy majestic views of the beach and turquoise water! You will need the key fobs to enjoy the huge pool downstairs and get outside the gate to get to the amazing ocean :) We also rented beach loungers ($4/chair/day) and umbrella ($10/day) from the vendor on the beach. We are so glad we rented a car for the week so we can fully explore PR ( Isla Verda, El Yunque (advanced reservation required), Loiza (lots of also restaurants), Luquillo Kioske (lots of locals huge out here), Camuy River Cave (advanced reservation required), Ceuva dell Golondrinas (off the beaten path swallow cave), Old San Juan and Torri Verda zip lining in Ortovis (longest & most amazing zip lines) 😊 You will need the garage opener to get in / out with the car and the driving in PR is not bad once you get a hang of it :) We really enjoyed these restaurants: La Espana, Freddy Los Pinos, The New Reef, El Jibrarito, La Carreta, Hijole, Aricefe 681, Marbella Beach Club, Don Q La Cueva del Mar. There is still so much yet to see in PR therefore will return in the near future. Thank you so much Maureen!

The property was nothing short of wonderful. Beautiful, comfortable, spacious and clean! The view is unbeatable! HUGE balcony overlooking the pool AND most importantly, the entire beach and skyline! Parking spot right near the elevator! Kitchen fully stocked with almost anything you need to prepare meals. 3 bathrooms, lots of toilet paper, clean towels, beach towels, perfect sized cooler, awesome pool lounge floats & beach chairs! CVS, Walgreens, several restaurants and souvenir shops VERY close walking distance. 24/7 Supermarket couple minutes drive down the road. Pool and beach are VERY clean, were never over crowded. Front desk staff were always very friendly and welcoming. I can’t say enough about Maureen. She was responsive, so sweet, so considerate. She checked on us numerous times via text, wished my bf a happy birthday…she just went above and beyond for us!!

This condo was amazing. It was exactly as stated. Very clean and convenient. Maureen, the owner, was very attentive. Building was very secure with friendly staff. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the apartment was clean, airy, cozy, and despite the building sitting on a well traveled road, we could hear no traffic - only the gentle rolling of the waves on the beach. The building, pool, and beach access was safe and secure, and very easy to navigate. Highly recommend!

While the area in Puerto Rico is lovely, the unit itself was old, not well maintained and no money whatsoever had been put into the unit. I get that it is a rental, but only the cheapest materials, furniture, etc. were in the unit and we wound up adding batteries, etc. to be able to stay. I will not stay there again.

Everything about this place is as advertised and more. A very comfortable, well stocked penthouse apartment with two floors. The beach is steps away and the view from the large balcony is spectacular! Maureen was very responsive and helpful to our questions before we arrived and checking to make sure everything was okay during and after our stay. Isla Verde is a beautiful, clean beach with lots of places to eat within walking distance. San Juan is a 15 minute car ride. We took Uber's everywhere which was very easy and convenient.

We are frequent visitors to PR and the condos in Marbella east and west. This was our first time in this condo and could not have asked for anything better. It is well stocked with anything you need for a beach stay. We never use the AC when we are in PR because the breeze that flows through is amazing. We can’t wait to go back soon! Thanks for sharing your beautiful rental with us.

This was such a wonderful vacation for me and my family, all our needs were met by Maureen's ability to hone in on what's important in a vacation rental short of being there to welcome us we could not help but feel at home. Her communication and warmth were priceless.

The location is priceless. The beach view from the living room and bedrooms make this the perfect spot. However, updated kitchen and baths would make it a perfect 10.

I’ve used this location many times over the past 25 years. The location is twin hi rise buildings. They’ve always been well kept. This is my 1st time using this particular penthouse. Host is very responsive and agreeable. The unit is acceptably comfortable. Let me just say that many of the units have been upgraded and modernized, Depending on personal taste you may want a more upgraded unit. I was ok with this particular unit but I have also rented units with a more modern decor. You can’t beat this location and it was a pleasure to work with this host.

The location is great... the beach was perfect for my kids! Maureen had loads of beach equipment that we took advantage of! Maureen allowed us to check out of our place later since we had a later flight! We highly recommend!!!

We had an awesome trip, the apt was in excellent conditions, the locations is incredible but most importantly the property manager was incredible, she accommodate everything for our needs. We are already planning our next trip.

The property was great. Pool and beach access were amazing. Easy check in and out, and Maureen was soooo nice and easy to communicate with. My whole family loved it. Would go back again.

The penthouse was very well-equipped and inviting. There was plenty of water activity equipment, linens, kitchenware and really everything you’d need. The view is breathtaking! There is no need for a television when you have that kind of view!

Our flight home got cancelled the morning of checkout and we had to rebook for later in the day. Maureen was so accommodating to allow us to extend our checkout time so we could enjoy the rest of the day. We will be back!

Many beach chairs and a cooler are provided so you can just walk right down and set up on the beach (either under the palm trees or with a $10 umbrella rental if you want shade). The pool was clean and not crowded. The location of this unit is very convenient, walgreens across the street is like a grocery store and many restaurants are nearby. We did pizza and chinese on the beach which were next door and Alambique beach bar is just down the beach for good food and drinks anytime. MiCasita was good for dinner, which is a very short walk, and next to Coldstone. The parking spot was secure, underground and conveniently right next to elevator (tip- upon arrival you will need to get the gate opener from the unit first to park, looks like a key FOB, big button outside gate, little button inside gate) We will definitely be repeat guests when we head back to PR.

Isle Verde is the best beach in all of San Juan, hands down! Looking out at our view of the water made me feel like it was inside the Apt.

Marbella is an excellent Condo on the longest and best stretch of beach in Isla Verde. This particular place had the most incredible views, most awesome breeze and was so easily accessible to all of our favorite beach restaurants. I would totally recommend PH2 to anyone looking for an amazing get away to Puerto Rico! The Condo featured brand new bedding in the master and 2nd bedroom, everything was clean and well maintained, although, dated appliances, everything was in great working condition and the manager, Franklin was hands on and ready to assist wherever necessary!
