Location and Staff was the best part, food was also good

Bathrooms were very very small . Needs to think and work on this. One can hardly stand and bath.

Stay at Samskara was everything as expected and hoped for. Focus on cleanliness, good food and warm service. Hotel Manager Amit and our room service manager Himanshu were great and always greeted with a smile. We almost ate all meals over 3 days at the hotel as outside the options weren't that good and fortunately while menu is limited, they were always prepared fresh and on order. Our 5 yr old daughter generally very picky about her food also enjoyed the meals. They prepared bonfire over 2 nights with light music which added to the experience. They even have a small library and games available on request for good family time. Overall excellent stay with good memories. Thanks to Samskara And Samsara.

Bar was closed, but claims to have oldest bar in the city. They are awaiting renewal of licence

Quiet location

- Missing menu items (lots of them - tandoor is not even operational and they ran out of some ingredients by Day 3) - Hygiene (lots of dust in the corners and uncleaned floor and carpets (had the ask them to vacuum) - Policies not stated clearly (we had to pay Rs 200/ night extra for the driver to use the washroom) - Tiny washroom for a family suite

The washrooms were stinking where room freshener was provided later

The food served there was awesome.

The hotel is at big height from the road so untrained driver could not able to take the vehicle to the hotel parking.

Breakfast was of good quality and location being flat compared to hill location with less ride and space available in the premise makes it very pleasant.

Our stay at Samskara and Samskara was great and peaceful. The staff was cooperative and humble.

A little bit of entertainment activities should be organised for guest during evening/night. An effective Wi-Fi connection would have been a plus too.

Tents were great fun, loved the little balcony and view into the wilderness. Staff were excellent and the food too.

A bit of a shame the bar was waiting for its license renewal at time of visit so wasnt open as the pub area and drinks menu looked brill.

Overall experience is excellent.

Improvement point I didn’t like, I shared also during checkout, we took family suite having 2 separate rooms but the washroom was quite small and that too just 1 washroom. When you are paying for a family suite, it is expected that you will have a decent washroom but it was so small that only 1 person could barely stand. Probably, this is a point to be looked at and also the rooms which were of lower category than ours was having bigger balcony while our balcony was quite small.
