The house is very spacious, clean and more than we expected or hoped it would be. Communication with the owner was easy and he was quick to respond to any questions. There are three bedrooms downstairs and another two upstairs all with comfortable beds with all the linens and sets of towels on each bed in the room. There are two full baths upstairs and three full and one half bath downstairs each with shampoo and soap. There is a big comfortable couch and two dining areas one with six chairs and the other seats eight. There is a refrigerator with an ice maker in the main house and another refrigerator in the garage. The pool is a great asset with a spa attached to it. Also, outside the house is a built in grill and another weber grill available. The kitchen has a Kuerig for your coffee pods or by the pot, a toaster and numerous pots, pans, utensils and more pots and appliances in closets near the kitchen. In the garage is a closet full of beach toys for the children, a couple of beach umbrellas and 6 or 8 beach chairs. This house was more than we expected and my family had a great time and enjoyed going to the beach and using the pool to relax. Highly recommend this house to anyone considering visiting Hilton Head.

My adult children, their spouses and four small grandchildren and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I have rented several homes through VRBO and this one was definitely the best equipped. The setting was lovely and the floor plan was such that everyone had their own space. I would definitely rent again.

Port Tack was fantastic for our group of 12 (8 adults 4 young children). Palmetto Dunes is certainly one of the nicer communities on the island and it showed. The house was tucked back into the community quite a bit so it was very quiet the entire time. The house is even more spacious in person than the pictures show. The pool was great and very warm which was perfect with young children (not heated, still high 80’s water temp). Working with the owner, Joe, was nothing short of great and he was one of the most responsive owners I’ve ever dealt with renting out a property. He was very quick to respond to any request/question whether it be about the pool or through hurricane Idalia. Our group loved our stay and would absolutely recommend Port Tack!

Great property for our group of 9! Everyone had their own space. Plenty of room to gather together. Close to shopping, restaurants, and activities!

Lovely house with everything we needed. I thought we had 6 bedrooms but only able to use 5. The 6th bedroom would have been helpful with the infant we had. The guest bathroom had a very loose towel holder but otherwise it was perfect.

We rented the property for our family including our 2 daughters, their spouses and our 5 grandchildren. The property was exactly as pictured and was very spacious. The kitchen was well-stocked. Our grandkids loved the pool.

The house is spacious with plenty of areas to spend time together and room for everyone to have their own space as well. We had 8 family members together for our visit and everyone from age 20 to 65 enjoyed it! We all look forward to visiting again. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the backyard offered sufficient privacy. The beach is a short bike ride away and about a 15 minute walk. The kitchen was equipped with all of the supplies needed to prepare meals for 8 people. The additional pool items and beach chairs were also very helpful. The property was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. Joe was very helpful and responsive. We highly recommend this property rental and will rent it again when we are visiting Hilton Head!

This home was so accommodating to all our needs. I love that you can ride bikes just about anywhere on the Island.

This home was the perfect size & location for 3 couples & 5 kiddos! We had a blast & plenty of space to enjoy inside & out.

The pictures of the property don't do it justice. It's a beautiful house and stocked with everything you could need. Joe, the owner, was great when there was a problem with the pool. It made our spring break trip wonderful and relaxing.

Property was as described- a very nice floor plan, excellently equipped kitchen-- an added bonus of beach chairs, toys etc. The pool and spa area were very nice and a nice deck near the waterway. So property in my mind was 5 star. We had two issues that arose during our stay. First-- upon arrival the internet did not work and thus the TV's did not work. We lost a weekend plus of service-- Sat till Tuesday. In the end it was determined that Spectrum had an issue with their equipment-nevertheless I believe it should have been checked before we checked in. Second, we had issues with the heater in the spa /pool which rendered them inoperable for a couple days of our stay. In fairness the host reimbursed us for the heating bill. I would also comment that Megan the property caretaker was very responsive as we worked thru the issues as was the owner and property management company. Perhaps we just had bad luck. Had it not been for these hiccups would rate it 5 star!

Very nice home , clean, well landscaped and great location. Few minor concerns but property owner took care in a timely manner. Very quiet neighborhood. Walk to beach was about 20 minutes. Golf ,bike rentals, groceries and restaurants all very close . Would definitely recommend. Had minor issues with check in process with VRBO to clarify how to get into the home. Vacasa took over to help out and correct issue… VRBO did not correct the issue.

Property is fantastic for our group. Bedrooms, baths, common space was perfect for us. We enjoy the property very much.

We had an amazing time staying at the house. The owner was terrific in responding to questions we had. We had a couple of minor issues, but they were fixed quickly by the management company. The steam showers are amazing! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a vacation rental!

Great home! Plenty of room for our 9 adults.

With lots of beds and bathrooms and a pool/hot tub tucked away behind lots of trees this was the perfect vacation spot for our family. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed being on the lagoon and having a quick bike ride to the beach and pickle ball center.

We celebrated our parents' 50th wedding anniversary at this location. Much roomier than even the pictures show. Clean and all the amenities you could need. The private pool and dock are a tremendous asset. The pool was unavailable for the last 2 days due to a chemical issue, but it was addressed. Great private neighborhood, but close to many restaurants and activities. I highly recommend this property!!

Spacious, private, well equipped- perfect for a great week with family and friends

We absolutely loved this house, the pool, location and everything it had to offer. It was well stocked with everything we needed for the week. We enjoyed be able to utilize the beach shuttle. Only hiccup was with the parking passes. But other than that was amazing! We hope to come back!

We love this home, this street, this beach, this island! The home is even more beautiful in person. Very grand! Plenty of room (and bathrooms) for everyone. Pool is spectacular and the hot tub is delightful. The trees surround the property are majestic and offer plenty of shade for a pool side lunch. Every one of every age loved this home and our many adventures on the island. Even my 17 year old nephew said this vacation exceeded his expectations! Thank you!
