The location of the hotel is awesome, close to the center yet quiet enough, public transport is also very good (you can just take bus 397 from Schiphol here and take tram 2 from the hotel to Center, Museums, Amsterdam Centraal etc) also the staff is really nice. The rooms are spacious and have nice inner height.

Our room was clean but not super-clean. The breakfast is OK, but you have limited options to choose from and also, it's only served from 8-10am, so if you go on a tour or need to catch an early plane, you cant really have use of it (we paid for all 3 days, but had breakfast on only one day because of it).

Very decent hotel in the perfect neighborhood (where Amsterdam is truly beautiful 😊). Fair ratio of price to quality.

Only minus that is worth mentioning are pretty thin doors (?) which let all the noise in (take earplugs if you want to have nice sleep)

we were told the team line was directly in front of building - it was however was closed off( we paid a lot on taxis ) if we knew about the tram line earlier we might have changed location. other than that the hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were lovely

The property is situated in a beautiful upmarket part of Amsterdam, surrounded by expensive restaurants in a quaint neighbourhood. A very modest and small hotel with basic rooms and no amenities, no fridge or waters in the room.

The rooms are extremely basic and the beds are extremely soft, with pillows that were not great. A small hotel that did not deliver value and was expensive for what we received. We loved the area. There are still renovations being done outside on the street so not easy access for Uber or taxi and a short walk from the drop off point. Only a couple of International channels to choose from on the TV, wifi was intermittent

Very nice hotel, easy to access public transport and there is a grocery store close by and some good restaurants.

They need to put coffee in their rooms

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We got free coffee in the morning so that was great. This is in a residential area so very quiet. You can get a tram nearly to the hotel with about a 5 minute walk.

We had to climb into our bed as it was between two walls. As stated above this hotel is in a residential area so very little to do around here so if you are out for the night life you do need to take trams to get around.

Location is great, close to the Vondelpark and the city center. This is a beautiful neighborhood.

There was no fridge in the room, the safe wasn't working, the towels are old and not pleasant, and there were sockets only on the side of the bed. I expected more considering the price.
