Very convenient location for the airport - larger than expected room for Hong Kong as well, and the in-house Chinese restaurant was very enjoyable. We would stay here again if passing through HK.

The room was a bit too hot and it wasn't possible to turn up the AC any more. Also, although the shuttle bus is a welcome service, it could be more frequent at busy times. Once every 30 mins during an international expo isn't really enough.

空港からも近く早朝便で帰宅するのには最適。空港⇔ホテル間も30分間隔でバスがあり便利です。日本語を少し勉強してます！と日本語で話しかけてくれたりとこちらとしては安心しました。

チェックイン時にデポジットに関しての説明が不十分でチェックアウトの時にやり取りに少し時間がかかってしまった。

Excellent location close to the MTR transit options, transfers and direct shuttles. Clean and well organized (though busy) lobby and lounge areas. Excellent staff ready to help with any questions.

It is far from the city centre - though it was a good transit for my plans: the midpoint on the way out to stay a night and reset for another leg for a multicity and cross-pacific stopover.

An easy shuttle ride to a lovely hotel, ideal for a short stopover in HK.

房間光線非常不足，夜晚好暗。床褥太軟。電視節目選擇極少且畫面不清晰。沒有小食及汽水機，其他酒店有。酒店服務人員不夠親切，例如游泳池服務，外國人使用表現好客，有多些greetings 說話，本地人則沒有，感覺好冷漠。

Because of the typhoon, booking a room on your birthday is used as a night's rest before flying. When I checked in, I suddenly thought of whether I could give a cake for my birthday, the staff said to prepare two or three days in advance, so can’t reserve for me. After checking in, I lit a paid cake myself to celebrate and asked the staff to prepare a candle for me. The staff also gave me a candle, but there was no lighter or match. Then I called front desk colleague and asked if there was a lighter or match I could borrow, and front desk colleague told me nothing can borrow, because the room was not allowed to light. but the front desk Colleague told me that he could buy a lighter or a match at his place. Then I told him that a lighter for money could light a fire in the room. Don't get so upset about one match

My stay at the Hong Kong SkyCity Marriott Hotel was a pleasant one, with the facilities and rooms being a definite highlight. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained.
