Value was good.

I lost my room key card - which was my fault of course, but I found it disconcerting that it has my Room Number printed on it with a sticky label.

All essentials provided

Bathroom could have been cleaner, bit grotty around the edges (of floor) Shower head wouldn't stay up

The room was large and well appointed

The shower had cracked tiles at floor level and there was mould at the bottom of the shower

Very comfortable one night stay.

Was close to my location, clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The restaurant was closed There was no microwave in the room ( you had to request one from the office if you wanted one ) no plates or bowls Mould on the bathroom ceiling whilst showering water would back up through the grate oustside the shower enclosure after a while The tv is old and had a terrible picture. Noisey guests next door one night

It’s clean comfortable and reasonable cost. In middle of town so convenient. New staff are improving all the time.

The messy cocos palm fruit seeds need to be removed from the palms as It can be a Hazzard slipping on seeds on the stairs ground etc. I forgot to mention it to the manager as I had to leave urgently.

Location. Friendly helpful staff

No teaspoons or desert spoons. No cereal bowls. The carpet was stained and grubby as was the one chair. Had advertised an available breakfast and restaurant for dinners but it was closed.

Clean comfy value for money accommodation. Easy walk to restaurants or pubs.

Very clean and comfortable, no funny smells. I was very lucky and got a top floor room. It was nice and quiet, no irritating noises from cars or guests to disturb my sleep. Even the parking was nice and easy. Plenty of milk, coffee and tea with biscuits. A very pleasant stay.

Nothing, it was all good.

The location to where we had to be for medical appointments. The request for a microwave was completed.

The parking is very tight and not ideal for larger vehicles The reverse cycle heater made a shocking squealing noise. Was reported to reception and requested to be fixed as we were staying due to a family member having surgery. We were in need of a quiet place to rest and decent sleep. Two nights with minimal sleep is not ideal, it was far too cold to not have it on. When reported to management his reply was we were aware of it already and the gentleman said your lucky I tried to fix it, it was louder. Lucky….. I don’t think so.
