Staff Room size, aesthetics and hygiene Location Affordability

I’d be hard pressed to find a thing I didn’t like about the hotel.

I booked suites and these were huge, very comfortable. the bathroom was so big, incredible!! the staff were very useful and dedicated. the staff remembered from day to day my breakfast order preference. this is very good attention. from check in to check out, great experience . great hotel at the right standards of Marriott.

The slightest improvement that I would suggest is the water flow in the shower. In our case, the flow was weak and the temperature was unstable (from hot to cold and back, randomly). If that was originally the idea...not cool.

Loved the clean spacious scenic room.

I went to the lounge on the roof to get a hot desert (Konafa) and a cup of coffee, but the desert was ice cold and tasted terrible. I was very disappointed left the place, my spouse and I went somewhere else for coffee and dessert.

It is pretty far to the sights of Abu Dhabi although with private transportation all doable within 30-40 minutes!

the quality of the food both room service and the cafeteria . the spa is a complete dissapointment , pushy sales person , men entering women areas and lack of infor about availability . the staff were great .

the breakfast not to much choices as per the hotel price and please more more more more hygiene no need to mention why

some staff are acting like police always asking about bcr and they threatening you directly that they wont allow you to use hotel facility
