Ubicación, las vistas desde la terraza. El estudio se entregó muy limpio. La persona que me hizo check in muy amable y la comunicación con ella perfecta, Muy profesional. Una estancia muy agradable.

It is very noisy

It was amazing vacations!Thank you!I was asking to decorate the room for my Birthday and it was made perfect! location is perfect. Everything was closed to the apartments!We used two open swim pool,because the ocean was cold. Defenitely I will come back!

Lovely residential area,site maintained very well with gardens and pool and courts. Great views from high balcony over sea and town and mountains

It was just too small for a studio even. Very cramped bed space,no room to move. Also kitchen area very tiny, no working space to cook meals. Breakfast bar for a table not comfortable to sit and eat,very old needs updating.

The photos are I should think about 10 years old it shows a bath, there is no bath it’s shows tables and chairs there’s is no table just a dirty old bar with marks all over and whatever you stand on it sticks hard, the 2 stools tip forward when sat on. The fully fitted kitchen consists of 2 electric plates a leaking kettle and a microwave - it’s dirty and tacky I was disgusted with it and left early. It needs a rigorous clean, decorating and hooks on the bathroom door instead of nails please don’t waste your money, the sofa was so disgusting I wouldn’t even sit on it! Electrics hanging off the walls I could go on but I’m sure you get my drift!

A great apartment overlooking the ocean, the city and the mountains from from the big terrace. It's 4 minutes'walk from the bus station, 20 meters from Playa Jardin and shops, bars and restaurants are within walking distance. Everything you need is provided in the Green Flat at Valle Luz, just enjoy your stay ! The host is always on line for informations and surprises are in the fridge upon arrival ! I will come back , that's for sure

Department was clean and location was good. Also the view was nice.

I thought that I could cook my own food in this department there but the pots and pans didn't fit with induction stove. Only espresso pan worked. I was very disappointed about that.

All you need is there- kitchen equipment, umbrella etc. Apartment is no so big but enough for two adult and two Kids. Great location and nice View.

Sometimes it was difficult to find parking place next to the building
