We had to pay for fan. I didn’t expect it - the weather is hot and so I didn’t like that. It shouldn’t be an extra in my opinion.

Large pool, reasonable priced food and drink at the pool bar, spacious accommodation.

Terrible attitude of hotel staff at check-in ruined the first impression. AC in room but not usable due to not being connected. View from room was not nice at all - garbage area, abandoned hotel in background, noise of cleaning staff every morning taking trash to the area near the room.

Cleanliness in all public areas. Everywhere was dirty. Property was run down and had not been maintained. I would never return.

Lack of sunbeds by the pool

Lovely apartments, we stayed in the newly refurbished building, behind the restaurant/buffet. It is family friendly, small kids pool & main pool is not too deep for older kids (once supervised/can swim) both pools are sea water(salt) & freezing! I can't really find any fault with the complex. It is roughly 15mins walk to main strip, obviously this would depend on your walking.

The pool towel ounge hogging!!!! People putting towels on beds from 6am, like honestly!! Some of these people wouldn't been seen then on the lounger until gone mid-day! The kids club could be better advertised, the people running it are great with the kids.

Staff so helpful. Bungalow was spacious and clean. Pool and facilities are excellent. Lots for families to do. Town and beach a short ten minute stroll by road or a longer 30 walk by the coast on a promenade. Main beach is nice but waves were rough. We preferred a small beach closeby with calmer sea. We walked to both the water park and aquarium from Santa Rosa so great location. WiFi ok in Bungalow and strong signal in main reception.

We loved everything ❤️ Main beach probably not suitable for small children as waves very high but lovely smaller beach has calm water.

Apartment has mostly all that is needed for an enjoyable stay. Very comfortable beds and breakfast was very good.

With no air conditioning it can get warm at night and with some Patrons not observing quiet hours means leaving windows open is not always a solution.

Great breakfast and location.

Staff were very friendly. Apartments cleaned almost everyday( I think not on Wed and Sun). I would stay again, but not with kids (9,11 & 14)

The pool wasn't heated. No air-con.

Proximity to many restaurants, could take rented bike to room, facilities in room, room size

Happy hour on menu but not accepted by bar staff, pool bar area rather poorly designed, pool not heated and water way too cold to be usable in mid-April

we used the room only to take a shower before our night flight, the room was very clean and fully equipped
