لم يعجبني اي شيء

لم يعجبني شيء ، لقد تفاجأت عند إجراء الحجز عن طريق تطبيق بوكينج ، وكنت أمام موظف الاستقبال ، انه عندما تم الحجز وخصم المبلغ من حسابي البنكي ، بأن موظف الاستقبال يعطيني ورقه ويخبرني بأن الكهرباء سوف تقطع الساعه ٤ فجرا الي السابعه صباحا ، والسؤال هنا ، لماذا لم يخبرني موظف الاستقبال قبل إجراء الحجز واستقطاع المبلغ من حسابي البنكي؟ قمة الاستهتار.

The staff are not helpful also the room is not clean AC is not getting cold and its annoying🙁

It is a very comfortable hotel, more importantly, the bedrooms are comfortable, the bathroom is also very good, above all, the location of the hotel is very quiet and convenient for car parking. The waiters are polite and knowledgable, so they are very helpful and prompt.
