The room was decent, large enough space and well equipped for a two person short stay. Really liked the location and how easy it was to reach the rest of Singapore.

Staff could have been a little more attentive, was unsure about how to get the room cleaned but saw some noticed on the lift. By that point in the trip it was a little late so could not arrange a cleaning.

Very comfortable bed. Good shower. Quiet. Handy laundry.

Lack of cooking utensils e.g.saucepan, drying rack, tea towel. No manual for the microwave/grill.

Very good apartment. Very prompt replies through whatsapp. Communication is 24/7 through whatsapp. All requests were taken care of. Excellent housekeeping. The apartment had everything that was required. We really enjoyed our stay. Water bottles were provided and it was possible to refill the bottles from the cooler at the lounge. Very good terrace at the top.

This is again constructive criticism. The building is not visible, because it is poorly lit at the front. As some of the reviews mentioned earlier, our taxi driver also missed and we ended up getting down two buildings away and had to lug our luggage to the apartment. The kitchen has one big pan and no other utensils. So difficult to cook anything even basic. But microwave and refregirator was provided so it should be ok for most.

The location of the apartments are close to Novena MRT station where there is an abundance of eateries and shops too at Velocity and United Square shopping malls. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable. Though we did find a dead cockroach under the sofa. Cleaning services are available twice a week which suited us well. Any issues or requests are processed via WhatsApp and staff were very responsive and courteous. There are laundry facilities in the basement for a small fee but the dryers were free of charge. Our apartment had its own washing machine which was well appreciated. The pool is nice and the rooftop lounge area was lovely.

We booked two apartments for three weeks and we would have liked the two apartments next to each other. However, it wasn't possible. On the first couple of days, we had an apartment on the 4th floor and our kids were on the third floor. The fourth floor apartment then had aircon issues and we had to move out. Also, the bathroom door didn't close smoothly as the bottom of the door kept scraping along the tiled floor. The sofa was also a little worse for wear and needed replacing. Despite the problems, we were swiftly moved to another apartment on the third floor which worked out much better as at least we were a little closer to our kids room. Though ideally, it would have been great to have both apartments together in one corner of the building. We had noisy neighbours and the apartments weren't totally soundproofed. Also as our apartment faced the main road, there was constant street noise. The kitchen was well stocked but seriously lacking dishcloths. Also, better quality toilet paper would have been appreciated too.

The location is convenient as it is 10 minutes walk to shopping centres and the tube station. The view is nice as my unit is facing the road, the hospital is at the far back on the other side, so the view is open and green. The unit has a ceiling to floor glass wall which makes the room very bright. The room is practical as there is a kitchenette, a big fridge, a small square table for eating and another working table in front of the glass wall.

The glass wall need a good clean outside, very dirty. There is suppose room cleaning twice a week. I stayed for 8 nights, they never came once, even I had asked the reception staff to come just one time with the date and time booked, but nobody showed up.

our air conditioning broke down several times during our 1 month stay. technicians entered our room multiple times to check/ service. we had to change room once for one night as the aircon would not work. we had a few mornings of no aircon while the technician worked on the main unit our aircon was connected to. the management did try to compensate us by letting us switch rooms for the night and gave us an extra night stay so am appreciative of that. Thank you.

Quiet and clean. Able to park the car without hassle. For those wanting to stay slightly longer, there is laundry - wash(ng machine/dryers in the basement - handy to have for those beyond a short stay. The room has a full sized fridge and induction cooker. If you wan to do a simple meal.

Not much common area facility. The open -action at the back - lights are off at night. A bit far to go at night if one wants to grab some food and drinks, although there is a simple vending machine at Level 1 to meet the very basic needs. No front desk staff, you will have to knock on the Control Room door to speak to facility staff.

Proximity to my work. Comfy bed.

Unusable rotting gym. Unwatchable outdated television. Horrible degraded decor. No professional courtesy or service. "DIY for same price as 4star hotel..."

The cleaning lady was very helpful. She got us a clothes horse and ironing table and iron. She even got a step ladder so she could clean the top of the fridge (at our request). Roof terrace fantastic.

Found the reception staff to be somewhat remote. They locked themselves away in a side room. Pool not inviting.
