Food was not that great

Breakfast was good

Check-in and check-out created some confusion with Staff. It seems they are bound by certain rules which are not customer friendly. I got a call for checkout after a day, even though I had duly checked out a day before. That was surprising.

Neat and serene location. Well Maintained property. Polite staff. Tasty food. Gardens are well maintain. Property is located on the banks of river ganga so sunrise and sunsets are picturesque.

Property is outside the city so make sure you plan to reach before the sunset. It is tough to locate the place. Strange to find that no cars were available with the property which i think should be a part else it will be tough to find vehicles for sightseeing.

The property is beautiful

1) You cannot locate it easily. that’s the worst part 2) Staff never gives anything on time 3) Staff gets anything and everything super late. there is no option to even order food late 4) Expensive beyond any reason 5) Don’t like how rude and uncultured the staff was

Best was the high tea by the pool side followed by Ganga aarti, which was pure bliss at sunset. Mesmerizing views. Calm and peaceful location away from city life. The staff was really courteous and helpful for everything.

The only recommendation is to expand the buffet menu, which is way too less for a 5 star property. Especially the dessert menu and variety of fruits needs to be improvised and a definite addition of cold coffee to the breakfast buffet. Missed the spa experience. I was hoping that this would be functional because when you opt for a resort to relax this becomes a must !

The overall stay is good with nice private place to relax and play games.

The approach road is too narrow which made it hard when ever there was any vehicle coming from opposite side. Also, had to completely rely on the maps as there were no boards or advertisements point us to the location.

Location

Service was slow at restaurant, bar was closed without prior information on site. Common areas are not maintained properly.

Breakfast was good and room dining + restaurant experience was also nice. Swimming pool and evening tea was amazing Also, evening aarti near the Ganges added to overall experience

Smaller things like television was not working, some cobwebs were there on the room ceiling. No signages from the main road till we reach the property, google maps works but few signages can be helpful for first timers that they are on the right way.
