Staff were great!

No breakfast or tea,coffee making facility in room.

Well equipped room with kitchenette and washing machine I didn't expect. Very big room. Clean. The reception always helpful and smiling

There was parking near the hotel. Internet was ok. Nice view from balcony

Dirty bath tube. Room was not very clean, in the balcony there was opened bottle of alcohol. Terrible tobacco smell both in room and lobby and stairs. No elevator. Be careful if you have heavy suitcase.

The staff was very polite.

The room was not quite / better to choose rooms that are not facing the street!/. The shower was leaking and cannot take normal shower. Also the breakfast was nothing special.

The worst hotel I've stayed. The room and the photos are not the same. The fridge was not working, the shower was broken, the spa van was dirty. The "room" was downstairs, it looked like we were in the basement. We requested to change the room but the receptionist said that it wasn't possible. The bed was very uncomfortable and the bed sheets were torn.

Overall amazing experience

The hotel is nice, near a busy street but the is no noise in the room which was perfectly equipped

The cushions at the bed are very hard and uncomfortable - it is just a little thing but extremely important!

Air conditioning.

They have problem with their online communication system. The booking.com shows 46 Bulgarian leve per day the system jumped me on 63.20 leva . The lady on reception she said they have problem with computer system and she ask Hotel owner how much charge me even I explain her the lady in reception. Then she gone 24 hours we didn't have reception person The room was to smole for this much money and is to smole for couples , we was inside in this room like rats. The internet connection on this room number 203 is not connected not signal at all. The towels is to old and reped, bathroom not was clean , toilet paper was just for 2 times using for one person nearly finished. No coffee or others hot or cold drinks on the hotel because there nobody to help us .

The staff were friendly. Tha location is calm and there is big parking.

It was strange place, there was no real bed but something like a big sofa. The sheets couldn't cover it :) It looked a bit like 90's disco with big mirrors on the walls. At the end they asked me to pay for a packet of nuts that were on the desk. I thought they were complementary like in every hotel I have ever been...
