O atendimento foi excelente. A equipe é muito atenciosa e nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. O quarto tem um tamanho bom e o banheiro é ótimo. A localização do hotel é muito boa.

The hotel located just a minute away from the main street with all the shops and restaurants. The room was really warm and spacious, with everything you need.

We got the room closest to the reception and it was simply impossible to sleep. I heard every person talking to the receptionist, I heard people going up and down the stairs, like they are all in my room. Even when I asked the woman at the reception to talk a little quieter, she spoke like this for 2-3 min and then continued to talk even louder than before. Also it is not really comfortable that you can only get hot drinking water and then wait for it to cool down.

Great central location with restaurants and souvenir shops a short walk away. Room was relatively spacious so you could open two suitcases without obstructing the walkway too much. Wifi is secured and the staff greet you enthusiastically every time you leave and enter the hotel.

There were no coffee/tea facilities or kettle for boiling hot water in the room. One staff at the breakfast counter was really particular whether we sat at a table set up for three when we were only two. If you shower in the wee hours of the morning, it will take more than 20 mins for the water to get hot.

Great hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms, great staff and very close to the main area of the city. Highly recommend!

A pretty and modern hotel right in the centre of El Calafate, near all the shops and restaurants. Everyone at the reception was helpful. The hotel was nicely decorated and it had very good heating.

The breakfast was nothing special, but fair.

very loud and noisy, can hear everything so don’t expect a great night sleep. too hot - no way to control the heating in the room.
