Owners super helpful upon arrival, answered phonecall straight away and ensured we were able to enter the property.
Beautiful home and garden. Very peaceful.
Lots of pillows, blankets, towels and face cloths. Bed is so comfy.
Breakfast selection is very generous. Everything was great. The homemade jams were delicious.
The folder on the table is such a great idea. Had all the info we needed and the restaurant menus in the area.
Thankyou to the owners for the great hospitality. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful gardens, lovely hosts, nothing too much trouble, use of washing machine and drying facilities, peaceful surroundings, walking distance to Silverdale Shopping Centre, additional fridge freezer available
Limited space for cooking facilities and small area for watching TV if a family were staying.

It was an excellent stay with all the comfort of home. Lovely breakfast and great hosts who made us feel welcome. Good country feel and quiet away from the road. Would stay there again. Highly recommend.

The hostess went out of her way to make us feel comfortable. The property is large and very quiet.
Entrance is a bit dodgy from the busy road.

Silverdale Garden Stay is an amazing enclave of tranquility in heavily populated North Auckland. The apartment is wonderfully provisioned with everything a traveler could need and all is situated in a magnificent garden. It will amaze any first time guest and like us, they will likely want to stay again.
We could find no fault. In fact we have an apartment attached to our own home - Silverdale Garden Stay is better.

Beautiful quiet location and we enjoyed wandering around the lovely gardens. The unit was very clean and tidy. Continental breakfast was plentiful and a nice selection, even home-made jam. Owners were very helpful and friendly. If you're in need of a quick good value meal, we can highly recommend the Rib n Roast at Silverdale.

Safe homely feel 2 bedroom unit clean and comfy very enjoyable stay.
The garden walk beautiful scenery especially the duck pond with beautiful 2 White swans was joy to see.

It was lovely to have home-made jam, marmalade and possibly orange juice, too.
I loved the comfortable bedrooms, with electric blankets on the beds, and modern, clean bathroom.
The wifi and tv were very easy to operate, which was a big relief.
The surrounding grounds were beautiful
It's not a biggie, but the bedside table was on the opposite side to the electric blanket, with its control, and also to the light switch, with no bedside lamp.
It WAS rather stressful turning into the driveway because traffic is unbelievably an almost constant stream.

Very smooth check-in, Stunning location with beautiful surrounding gardens, had my morning coffee over looking the huge pond,few steps away , even the swans came to say hello.
nice lil apartment very clean and cosy, loved the homemade ginger snaps? 2 mins up the road everything you need.

Owners were very welcoming. Beds comfortable, everything clean and tidy. Continental breakfast was yummy. Great value for money. Swans on the pond and the Rhino in the jungle were unexpected delights.
It does not get much better than this.

The grounds are beautiful. Located down a long drive you quickly leave the city bustle and find a quiet rural setting. The bedrooms were roomy and everything we could need was on hand. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was continental and left in the apartment fridge. If you have a big appetite you would need to supplement. We would definitely return here in the future.

I had a very comfortable stay here, had all the facilities I needed, Dellis was friendly and welcoming (I did not meet Selwyn), the garden was lovely to walk around and the swans were magnificent.
