Arrived 11pm to check in and waited for over an hour for them to locate our two rooms, we had paid £600 for (way above the regular price because of the demand due to flight issues from flood … this was used as an excuse), which they did not have. Failed to provide rooms booked and put us together. Room we shared was dirty, grubby, and poor quality, far from what we had specificity booked. Assured us they would refund the room but we had to “speak with Booking.com”. Booking.com have stated hotel refused any form of refund or compensation. Hotel is in need of renovation. Check in was chaos. Breakfast was chaos.

I didn't like how they handled their phone problems for 2 days in a row, i could not get the reception or room service, so in the second dayi had to go all the way down to the reception and talk to the them

اعجبتني المرافق ( وجود العاب اطفال خارجيه ، صيدليه ، بقاله)

1-حجزي كان جناح تنفيذي، المفترض وجود ضيافه في دور التنفيذي مثل باقي الفنادق ، لكن في هذا الفندق مغلق للابد 2-الموظفون غير ودودين مع العرب نهائياً ، عدا عن سوء خدمة الغرف ، اضطريت الى النزول للاداره بعد انتظار بطانيه لمدة3 ساعات وعدة اتصالات بدون اي تقدير او احترام للعميل وفي الاخير جابولي حشوة لحاف ( حشوه فقط بدون غطاء او كيس لحاف) 3-موقع الفندق بعيد عن كل شي 4- الافطار غير متنوع ، الكثير من الاصناف لا تناسب العرب 5-موظفين البوفيه يلاحقونك كأنك بتسرق من اكلهم مع ان حجزي شامل الافطار ولكن كل يوم يجون يسألوني عدة مرات هل سوف تدفعين للافطار؟ اسلوب غير احترافي ابداً ، لن أكرر التجربه في هذا الفندق نهائياً 6- جناح رقم 2032 يوجد فيه نمل يتسلق أرجل النزلاء !!

التعامل الراقي جدا منذ وصولنا و الابتسامه لا تفارق وجوههم و بالاخص شكرا لكما على كل ما فعلمتوه من اجلنا Juvy and claudyn Anjali اجمل ابتسامه في الفندق جعفر اتمنى لك مستقبل زاهر (يقف بالخارج يسيطر على العمل و كانه مدير موارد بشريه ) Dilshan يأخذ منك الحقائب بطريقه عجيبه انه مميز حقاً

No one helped with our luggages when we arrived - we had to walk to the lobby area and call for help. AC wasn’t working properly in the room (Room 1631) - was sweating all day and all night. Not enough towels. There were no bathrobes, no slippers, no dental kit. We had to call and ask for all of these more than once. There were no ironing board and iron machine. When they brought one it was leaking water - had to ask for another one. Took a shower and the water spilled out - the whole bathroom flooded with water. Everything was slow and frustrating and I only stayed for 2 nights. Good thing I left to another hotel.

Unfortunately the in charge of the reception and customer service has no idea about the serving not the receptionist but the in charge, I faced a problem during the check in and asked her to give choices but she refused, I made my choice and checked in by some how which means she had the choice to help but she refused I don’t know how this kind of people are responsible for serving residents at the time they have no idea about how to I came at 21:00 maybe if it is an important to you

Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the hotel; however, interacting with a pool staff member could have been more professional. Being reprimanded for taking extra towels to an empty pool first thing in the morning is far more accessive in my book, making me feel uncomfortable and disrupting my morning routine when I was swimming. Minus the pool staff's ignorance, the rest of the team was extremely welcoming, and I would recommend it to family and friends. The staff is very nice , and the place 10/10 ,little bit far from the center of Dubai, near supermarket and money exchange, and a shopping mall 700 meters away from the hotel . Really, the place is very beautiful I like it 😍

there was no real valet parking, was chaotic at the front of the building with lack of trained staff to help. once inside the queue at reception was significant and I waited 40minutes. eventually gave up got my cat and booked into a different hotel.
