1. Bed mattress was hard 2. Only 1 pillow for each guest 3. Supposed to get a sea view but i was placed at level 1 barely seeing anything

I like the the bed, it was comfy and the bathroom was clean.

the room and toilet is very clean. just enough size for me and husband, and space for solat.

location was convenient to visit the Jetty area. However road strips (to slow cars) were installed directly outside the hotel. Cars driving past causes a loud whining sound that can be heard constantly 24 hours a day as the road is a major road.

1. Air Con Completely Broke Down. On the 2nd night the aircon broke down. The hotel made NO EFFORT to fix or do anything to resolve the issue. This is Malaysia and it is unbearably hot in the room with our an aircon or even fan. 2. WiFi Does NOT WORK. I can accept if WiFi is a bit slow But for the 3 days there, it didn’t work at all. Telling the counter staff didn’t change the situation. 3. Dirty. There was NO cleaning of room by the hotel despite the ‘Pse Make sup Room’ tag put on the door. U have to ask for bottled water. 4. Impossible to rest with the loud whining sound for cars driving past the front of hotel bec it’s a high traffic road with road strips. 5. No Response from Hotel on any of the Major Issues brought up to the counter staff or via email.

the staff are very friendly and helpful. location is great. room was clean and suitable.

the wifi was PURE TRASH. we could not stay connected for over a minute at any point during our three night stay. the laundry service was ridiculously overpriced especially considering clothes came back not properly cleaned.

The lift is located at 1st floor. Got some stairs to reach the lift. It becomes difficult for disabled person to use wheelchair.

We had the loveliest room with a view of the harbour. The hotel is located in the heart of Georgetown, close to most things tourists want to see.

There was traffic noise from outside which was hard to ignore.

The room is small, but cozy. The bed is very comfortable. There is a hairdryer, iron, Wi-Fi, refrigerator. Convenient hotel location, great staff. Very good bathroom!

When booking it was stated high floor and sea view, instead the room was on the first floor and overlooking the parking lot. On the first night, someone was smoking in the next room - the smoke through the ventilation went straight to us. After complaining to the staff, the problem was solved - thank you!

The environment of the hotel are good.

Everything is perfect. Privacy is my main priority. And i get it.
