Very comfortable and clean place for our annual family ski getaway. Perfect setup for teens to hang out in their own space = key for the parents too. The hot tub is always an important part of our stay as well and this house had it all. Owners were great communicators with emails, an extensive Welcome Packet and helpful notes throughout.

It was great for our winter stay. Close to many attractions. Plenty of things to do in the house. Hope to stay again.

We had a really great time staying at this home. It was very comfortable and spacious. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked. We cooked several big meals there. Our favorite part was the foosball and giant Jenga. We had such a blast with that. The only thing that was a little tricky was the heating. It was difficult to get the right temperature. It was either too hot or too cold, you have to play around with the heat to get it at a good temperature. The location was perfect. And we had a wonderful time there.

The Gecko Inn comfortably accommodated our group of five. There was plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable and having three full bathrooms was definitely a plus. We did not have any young children with us but did notice that the bedroom on the main floor, with two sets of bunk beds, had a closet full of toys to keep little ones busy. We did travel with our family dog and we’re pleased to find a run just outside the front door. The back deck was also dog friendly with a gate which allowed us to spend time out there with our dog without worrying about him wandering away. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and close to North Conway, numerous hiking trails and many other attractions. There is no air conditioning but plenty of fans and, with the windows open at night, we all slept comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at the home. We truly enjoyed our stay and will consider renting again in the future.

We had a great time! The house was spacious and clean with plenty of ways to entertain our young kids (2 and 3). There is so much to do in the area and the gecko inn was convenient to get to everything!

Over all we were comfortable. Lighting is poor and the bunk beds on the main floor are not comfortable. I had to purchase face cloths because there was only 1 per person for 7 days stay. I am not into using the same washcloth over and over. Had to use bath towels 3 days each. Also, only 1 roll of toilet paper doesn't cut it for a 7 day stay either. Had to purchase that also. And there is no air-conditioning. We had every fan going day and night. With this said it is close to shops and restaurants and main attractions. Used the hot tub one morning before it got hot and humid outside. Grilled most of our food but was too humid to eat outside. Was really confused about all the recycling rules, so one night we burned what we could and took the rest of the trash with us to dispose at home. The mountains are some of the most beautiful you have ever seen along with the stream, rivers and waterfalls. So overall I do rate the stay at a 9 but glad to be home and in my own bed tonight.

Beautiful, secluded property in a quiet neighborhood. The house had everything we could have needed and the kids loved the hot tub and foosball table. We had zero issues during our stay and would highly recommend this property. The hosts were also very responsive and polite to work with throughout the whole process.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Gecko Inn. The whole place is set up for comfort and relaxation. It is close to everything while still being in a quiet and private neighborhood. We were surprised to find things we didn’t even predict we would need like a baby gate and bed rails. Unfortunately it rained a lot during our stay but there were puzzles, board games and fusbol to keep us busy. We had a great time and hope to stay again in the future

Once again, we had a great family weekend of fun at the Gecko Inn! This house is perfect for us. Great location,close to Zeb’s and the downtown shops and Diana’s Baths. It has lots of space for us to spread out and it is very clean. We have epic Foosball tournaments! And everyone loves the hot tub. This is our 3rd stay and we will be back again!

Great home. Bonus to have hot tub, fire pit and foosball table to keep children occupied. Good location for visiting North Conway downtown.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! We unfortunately had 3 very large uninvited 8 legged guests show up; but they were quickly evicted. Other than that we will have beautiful memories!!!

Great house for a family of all ages. We had a great time counting geckos and still don’t have a final on who found the most…?The home was perfect for us with the 3 bathrooms. Nobody was ever in anyone’s way!! The hot tub room was a sweet treat and a much appreciated bonus! We did not use the fireplace but it was nice to have the option. I would highly recommend The Gecko Inn. Thank you very much!🌞

Gecko Inn was a perfect place to stay for our Feb vacation with our 4 sons and pet dog!!!! The location was in close proximity to downtown North Conway and only a 10 min drive to Cranmore MT. The jacuzzi was a nice treat after a long day of skiing! Perfect for large families as there was plenty of room. Highly recommend this place!!!!!

Couldn't be better. Everything was great from start to finish. Zero complaints from us and would definitely recommend to others.

Very spacious

Renting the property was easy and the owners were accessible. The house suited our needs well, and we were very grateful that our dogs were allowed to join us for our son’s wedding weekend. Location is good, neighborhood is nice, and the house was pretty much what we expected. They were a few fairly minor issues with plumbing, windows, and some broken items, but overall a nice place to stay.

Love this area! Was our third house in same area for family vacation. Pet friendly was a plus! Though my guests were unhappy with No AC. I felt was comfortable with fans. Everyone loved full baths on each level. Plenty of sleeping space. Close to all our adventures and shopping. Had to clean hot tub before use but was used by all everyday!

The house was in a beautiful, quiet wooded neighborhood and was well equipped for our stay. Located about 15 minutes from downtown North Conway.

We had an excellent time at the Gecko Inn! It is the perfect house for our family - plenty of space, big dining room table for dinner and games, everything we needed in the kitchen and the house was so clean. The hot tub, fire pit and foosball table were so fun! We will definitely be coming back!

This place was GREAT! It was the perfect size for 2 families, close to EVERYTHING, very clean, and that HOT TUB holy cow. The kids had a blast and when they went to bed, the adults could relax. A real ideal spot for families and friends alike!

What a wonderful, perfect place for our family of 9 to gather! The Gecko Inn is spacious, clean and warmly welcoming. The owners, Ken and Tanya, are very responsive to any questions or concerns. Our 9 year old grandson LOVED trying to locate all the geckos in the inn, a reflection of the thoughtful, family oriented emphasis the owners should take pride in.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Gecko Inn. It was cozy and had plenty of space for our group.

We loved this property , it was open and spacious . The house is much roomier on the inside than it appears on the outside. It was clean and tidy and stocked well with many kitchen items. Owner was gracious to let us check in a tad early the day of our arrival. Hot tub was a bonus - the kiddos loved it! Would highly recommend , and would love to return.
