Saleté : les assiettes ainsi que les services et verres sont sales mais vraiment sales. Les repas n'étaient pas bons, sans saveur.
Personnel : le personnel n'était pas aimable. Pas de bonjour, pas de sourire. Les femmes qui travaillent au restaurant se mettent dans un coin, parfois même pas, pour discuter des clients ou autres alors qu'elles voient très bien qu'il manque des choses ou que des personnes souhaitent leur demander quelque chose.
Endroit : l'hôtel est situé au milieu de nul part, il n'y a rien a faire aux alentours, pas de possibilité de se promener le soir.
Chambre : les chambres sont mal insonorisées, on entend tout. Cuisine avec couvert, assiettes, verres, casserole etc.. mais pas de produit vaisselle ou éponge pour faire la vaisselle. La femme de ménage ne lave pas les verres salles.....
Ascenseur : il n'y a que 2 ascenseurs pour pour le 10 étages, c'est un enfer ! Il est parfois arrivé d'attendre très longtemps l'ascenseur.

There were various food in the evening. The drinking water was provided at the dinner for half board. From the hotel to Puerto de la Cruz it took only about 10 minutes. To Anaga Park it took about 40 Minutes. There are many Hiking possibilities there
The shower hanger doesn’t work properly so we need to hold it with the hand during taking the shower. The mattress was old, we asked at the reception it was changed the next day.

Location was perfect for us. Nice to have on site parking. Spacious rooms. Very nice pool.
Buffet meals for breakfast and evening were satisfactory for one night stay but poor for vegetarian or vegan options.

Breakfast - always the same. Coffee and Juice - I couldn't drink, I didn't like it.. I hear other people shouting in the rooms, late at night - I can't sleep. Bad washing machine - lint/mess on clothes.
Very nice cleaners - pleasant. The receptionist was also pleasant. Nice view of the mountains! Overall a quieter place. Wifi only for 7 or 10 days? What it should be? :( That was terrible. Wifi - slow, stuck, broken. With a million logins. A hundred passwords... Laborious. Annoying.

The rooms were nice and big space.
The food was terrible like actually disgusting so we decided to leave after one night. Furthermore no one there speaks English and everyone there is over the age of 70 which wasn’t advertised. After leaving on the first night they wouldn’t refund us for the rest. The location isn’t great €120 taxi from south airport and it is much colder in the north.

The room I had has an amazing view with really large balcony and very comfortable sofa. I did enjoy the breakfast and the dinner which was a buffet so you can choose from few fresh options.
I have booked a room with 2 single beds but I got one bed only and the size was a bit small. I wasn't pleased with cleanliness of bathroom and our living room! When we arrived in the bathroom I found black hair in the drain and black sand which was really disgusting! In the living room by the sofa we found chipped nail and again black hair which is pretty disgusting as well, the chambermaid didn't do a proper job!
They present a heated pool on Booking but their pool wasn't definitely heated! The water in the pool was very cold so you couldn't enjoy it at all! There was a live music in the evening but we found their BAR doesn't accept card payments so we were left with no drinks. Our room had no WIFI, the signal was very very bad.
Quiet disappointed with our stay as it was our anniversary stay, would not book this again.

it was very clean, had a lovely balcony view! staff were easy to get along with, good recommendations to tourist places, overall it was great!

the personal was realy helpful, everytime, when we need to make reservations for any of atractiond, in the reception personal helps us. thanks 👍🏼🍓food was normal, i cant give 10/10 but in my opinion 7/10.

Breakfast was nice, lots of choice, eggs, churros, etc. Room was spacious.
The bed was super uncomfortable, we felt all the springs. The TV didn’t work, and the decor was very dated

Great kitchen, compliment to chefs, and definitely staff doing their best to accommodate guest. Even it's in outskirts of Puerto Cruz, hotel provide several times a day the shuttle bus which takes you to center and back for free. A lot walking paths which lead to banana plantations or near by beaches. There's even athletic stadium near open for public 6 days a week, located in more Spanish vibe town, so definitely great if want void tourist crowd. Canarian food restaurant nearby which looks favourite for locals as saw often people waiting to get a place. Spotless clean in rooms, hopefully they keep it that way.
Maybe a bit outdated furniture, but definitely not worse have seen in Tenerife. Old style Spanish hotel style, maybe from late 90s. Sound isolation is not the best, as could hear neighbor talking.

Low prices, good breakfast and okay dinner.
Dated room, crowded restaurant mediocre food, not enough parking spaces, Impossible to set the right temperature shower, 2 elevator is not enough for 10+ levels, especially during the pandemic.
