rude staff room had no kettle room had no soaps or shampoo very outdated big groups of Ukrainian refugees bathroom unclean it’s nice and close to the beach front however… i was charged 83 lev for room and car parking on arrival even though I had paid 68 lev on booking.com receptionist or manager argued with me and so I paid 83lev I then got in touch with booking.com who said they’d look into this for me. from that moment on I was starred at rudely and aggressively. honestly stay away. can get a hotel down next street for the same money all inclusive and is 3 star resort.

The staff were very friendly. The sea view was great .

Everything old, takes you back to socialism, before 1989 It will be good all staff to speak local language.

The quick check in, the nice view, thr clean and cousy rooms.

Friendly personnel, clean rooms, close to the beach, like 5 mins away, very cosy and family friendly hotel. Will definitely come back for a longer stay!

Very bad

The staf was very polite, always smiling and ready to assist me. The cleanliness of the room and hotel was well maintained. Breakfast was tasty. Location of the hotel is very convinient.

I think my accommodation in this hotel was excellent, I liked the food there, the service wasn't bad too the location is near the beach, so you don't need transport. However I like Hotel Varshava and I'm sure i will visit it again next summer!

The only thing which I didn't like was that the wifi was paid up in the room.
