The room was large, with high ceiling, several windows which could be open for fresh air. The hotel is very clean and the room too. The room equipment was sufficient with a table, an armchair, a hair dryer. The cost is competitive including a good breakfast.

Sehr schönes, gut geführtes Hotel. Check-in ist automatisch über einen Pin, den man per email bekommt. Zimmerzugang auch. Das erleichtert das Ein- und auschecken.

Die Parkplatzsuche kann sich nachts als schwierig gestalten. irgendwie hab ichs aber immer hinbekommen

Gute Lage, unkomplizierter Checkin

Nicht besonders komfortabel und bei mir leider vor allem das Problem, dass das Bad offensichtlich nicht gereinigt war. Ich hatte etliche lange dunkle Haare im Bad, was ich ehrlich gesagt ekelig fand. Das Hotel hat sich persönlich entschuldigt und mir einen Rabatt gewährt, trotzdem würde ich es leider nicht nochmal auswählen.

We booked a 3-night stay but ended up leaving after just 2 nights due to the discomfort and poor service. Our troubles began upon arrival at 23:00. Despite having made a reservation for two, the room was prepared for just one person. We had only one pillow and one bedsheet, and with the reception closed at that hour, there was no way to get additional bedding. It was a hot summer night, and after a long day, we were looking forward to a shower, only to find there were no bath towels available. The next morning, the shower cabin flooded within seconds of use. Additionally, the tissue box was empty and hadn’t been refilled, and the room was stiflingly hot with no air conditioning. When we raised these issues, we were offered an “upgrade” to a different room, supposedly newly renovated. However, the bathroom in this new room looked old and deteriorated, with mold in several places and repairs done with duct tape. Some bathroom lights had no lightshades, and one light was broken. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. The lack of basic amenities and the poor condition of the facilities made our stay very uncomfortable. We would not recommend this hotel.

Die Lage des Hotels war Spitze für die Dokomi, Parkplätze waren okay und gut erreichbar vom Hotel aus. Check In mit Pin hat auper funktioniert.

Silberfische in der Dusche, staubig, Doppelzimmerbuchung aber nur Einzelbett bekommen. 3.OG kein Aufzug, Treppen sehr schmal.

Noise. From the street and from other guests. Also from the ventilator, super noisy. And I can hear other ventilators from other rooms, I guess the other guests can hear mein, too. The duvet is way too small. I booked a 180cm bed but the duvet was barely 90cm.

Bett sehr bequehm, zimmer schön und sauber. Self chekin funktionierte ohne probleme.

Tv funktionierte nicht. Nur öffentliche Parkplätz und mit glück wurde einer frei.
