The beds are super comfy, Aircon works Concierge guys are super helpful and friendly

Smelly rooms, very old looking. Even tho we asked for a non-smoking room we had a room on the smoking corridor - so everything even the room smelled like old cigarettes unfortunately. When we arrived in our room there were towels missing and other things, felt like this rooms wasn't looked after very well :-( Unfortunately there was only one restaurant instead of three open.

I was really impressed by the hotel. Great staff - huge room and very clean. Breakfast was lovely. Well done team corniche. Excellent value for money.

I had a great stay, and very much appreciated the free room upgrade that i got. Lovely seaview with the sunset every night. As a single traveling woman i felt very safe, the neighborhood was safe to walk around as well. I was pleased to find a grocery store around the corner. An extra thank you to the guy cleaning on floor 11, for helping my stay be extra comfortable by providing me with plenty water, tea, coffee, towels and whatever i asked.

Old, dusty and ageing hotel! definitely not 5 star standard. Can find better 3/4 star hotels. I had to cut my stay short as i was not comfortable staying here.

Location of the hotel is quite good. In the city center, it is withing only 5min walking from the corniche public parks, 7min from the corniche esplanade walk which is perfect for rollerblades, bicycles and walks. Breakfast is rather nice and served from 0630 to 1030. There are a few supermarkets nearby. Airport busline A2 stops in front of the hotel (need a ticket ahead of boarding though!). Hotel comes with pool, sauna, steam room and fitness room. As a 5 star, it has concierge service and taxi available at its entrance. Really excellent boxspring sleeping bed. Got a seaview outlook without ordering it at booking time (kinda free gift as they had rooms available... booking this view would otherwise have cost a premium) i guess, it was worth the money i paid for. Would book again if i get a discounted rate again.

5star hotel indeed, but 20yrs old which you can clearly see. Not to be compared with highclass luxury 5stars which you read about in the news or see on TV. Had to complain the room staff needs addition cleaning of my room: Stains on curtains and 'stuff' under the bed. Lots of stains on the sun beds near the pool. Complained about these to the manager. Manager confirmed they are gradually refurnishing their old rooms. The pool is rather small for a 5star. Strong suggestion: compare rates. I booked breakfast at my login! No private beach. Next public one is 5km walking. Bring your UK plug adaptors!

We were upgraded to a better room for free (a huge apartment with bedroom, living room and 2 bathrooms). The front office manager Sofia was super friendly and she helped us with everything. The bed was really confortable and the location of the hotel was also very good. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The only thing we didn't like was that the swimming pool was opened only till 7 p. m. so we couldn't enjoy it.

all were perfect.the location the room(upgraded),the facilities. but the female indian receptionists and all the female receptionists and 2 Indians receptionists were outstanding. they deserve special thanks from me
