Apartments were clean and spacious and were cleaned every day. Location was perfect. The marina is a stunning area and so easy to access all the sights. Dubai is such a huge city that the sights need to be accessed by transport but the hotel is well placed by the metro and taxis are very cheap here. The staff were always so nice and helpful.

Good location. the Metro is nearby. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. personnel at the reception are very friendly and polite.

I liked the hospitality of the staff there. They were kind enough for early check in . when we reached we were upgraded to three bedroom but only on the first floor whereas we could see the hotel empty. The staff always greets you with a smile that was appreciable.

Firstly the electrical points were not in a working condition, the geyser was not working also toaster point was not working so I have to shift the toaster in the room. Secondly the day we were checking out the person suddenly enters our room for inspection and out of nowhere he picks a towel kept in the kitchen, kept by me as i did kitchen chores and there was no towel/cloth/duster in the kitchen and charged 40 dirhams for "A HAND TOWEL"????? Is this a joke Paying Rs1000 in our Indian Rupee for a hand towel? It just had a little small stains of the ketchup my kid wiped his hand and they took advantage at that particular time of checkout and charged us for it because they know we have to catch a flight and wont argue. Overall the stay was not pleasant for us, although the location was good but we didn't cherished the stay.
