The animators were great, they always came looking for people to do activities with with a smile on their faces. The food was varied

Most of the time, food was not cooked enough and had no taste. The edges of the pool were covered with a green left by the dirt accumulated while it should have been cleaned, the ends also require a general cleaning along with the hall which looks horrible from any point of view, especially sanitary, it is very dirty. The air conditioning does not work. The wine at the bar has absolutely no taste, it is very bitter, even sour, and the juices: coca cola, fanta and the rest do not taste the same as the ones bought, they taste like food coloring diluted in mineral water. I also requested a double bed, but I received two single beds.

Staff were grumpy and rude, receptionist, restaurant,bar and lifeguard staff all rude, dismissive. Even when we checked out there was no pleasent "thanks for choosing our hotel, hope to see you again" nothing just faces like blank emotion everytime! Lifeguard at front pool picked on my kids all day, even though lots of other kids doing same splashing or playing. A lady that spoke bulgarian said he said cause we are English and other kids bulgarian! Beds like stone, TV in room didn't work, shower dirty, towels frayed at edges and old. Definitely not supposed 4star quality. Not good quality food in restaurant, not good choice for kids, usually just chips that were cold! Would not recommend or stay here again! I'd rate this 1/2 star maximum!

Great place for family with friendly staff specially Krisy and Gerry animators!Also food and drinks are great and served almost all day.Bar by the pool is stocked with all kind of drinks with excellent bartender Encho! We will be back for sure again!

Parking is pricey and not on hotel property

Very nice hotel with AI with food served all day and all kind of drinks!Pools are clean and kids playground are ok.Animators are very professional and kind Venko,Geri,Krisy!Our apartment was big and had a nice view.

Parking wasn't available on hotel property so we paid some other place 10 euro a day

The food was ok. Sometimes tasty. But the breakfast finishes too early - starting from 10 am you will not found nothing except bread and supercheap ham

The cleaning. We stayed for 9 nights, and the cleaning lady have been visited us 3 times only. Also we additionally payed 15 leva per night (135 leva totally) for our cat - and I didn't get what for I payed this money. The room is on the 2 floor, and outside the room right in front of our balcony a piece of garbage was placed. The garbage was on the roof of the restaurant, and we have seen it every time. Not a sea-view but a garbage-view. I had been told 5 times about this problem to the stuff, they owe me to resolve the problem, but nothing has been done!

-long waiting time for check in -the parking is available at a location nearby and cost 20 leva instead of 15 -room smealed very bad and was not clean -no hair dryer in the room -the ac was very old and didn’t made cool -very poor food variety and the food was not attractive -bad drinks -the pools were dirty(all of them) -the staff was bored and without that welcomming spirit like in other Bulgarian locations

The only nice parts of this are: the pool animation team and the staff from the restaurant.

I've been to many places and seen many hotels/accommodations. This one it's the worst. Ever! From the very first moment, they start with a lie: parking. No, they don't have parking. They'll tell you they have someone else who's in charge of the parking and will bill you 15 leva per day. When you get there, the parking is 20 leva.. and the guy tried to fool me: 5*20 he calculated to be 120 leva. :))) And pay attention to the days you stay: they'll try to calculate the days and not the nights you stay in the hotel - so, be very very very aware. Anyway, the hotel has NO parking (better find some alternatives, there are some private parking around, look for a serious one - if any) - so, they LIE about parking, and for me, this is a real deal breaker. - they didn't clean the room in 5 days I sat there. I succeed to catch the cleaning lady asking for toilet paper and get the trash out. You need to have your own soap and shampoo (the ones provided won't last more than 2-3 days) - the bathroom: smelly (there's a wood plank on the shower - it stinks terribly) - the lobby staff: rude 100% - it's like you drink on their money. - restaurant and poll staff: super ok and nice. - reception "blonde" - rude! - the food: the worst one ever seen on bulgarian territory. - location: you have to walk like 10 minutes to get to the beach - not a bad point, but something you need to consider. Given the fact that you can find a way better alternatives, avoid this hotel!

Amazing hotel with great location! Very hospitable and friendly staff. The rooms are just perfect, very spacious, and cleaned to perfection! The food is superb, fresh local ingredients and many different options to choose from 😋. The water in the swimming pool is crystal clear and the perfect temperature.👌🏻

You are not visiting this hotel of horrors. There is no guarantee of your life. A drunken German tourist pushed me into the panoramic glass of the elevator and I almost lost my life. From the hotel, instead of helping to solve the crime, they accused me of falling alone after drinking alcohol. In this hotel your life is like Russian roulette - so think before you book with them. Hypocrites.

Staff are very friendly, especially the bar staff. Food was good, always will find something to your liking, especially the traditional Bulgarian food. Different games were fun during the day.

Mosquitos are real nightmare if don't have bracelet for protection or spray for them. Evening entertainment was not always up to my liking. Tiles are extremely slippery around the pool after rain, otherwise on daily use is not that bad.

Both rooms were dirty, especially the bathroom, sheets and towels, the food was so-so but the dishes were dirty and the pools close at 6, but the lifeguard told us to leave the pool at 5…

I can't say I liked anything. Ordering/Booking online was easy. What we got vs what we paid was a BIG discrepancy in value. Never EVER again as the price was not a discounted one but the poor quality of everything was a bad experience.

Very small part of the personnel were keen to help. Most had no understanding of good service. When complained about the bad smell in the bathroom and other issues, they would just shake their head and have zero ideas to offer. Food was not bad even if the variation in a all inclusive buffet setup is non-existent and usually the other guests that have zero understanding how buffet works is the most annoying part of eating. Cold drinks was impossible to find as the glasses served were hot from just being taken out of washing. Ice was impossible to find. Cutlery was often not enough so you had to wait so the personnel can wash some. Even if they had signs of prohibiting reservation of sunbeds, the personnel did zero effort to remove the towels people placed from the evening before. There are many stairs that don't follow much standard, some of the steps are very high, I am surprised no kids fell and hurt themselves very badly. That part needs some inspection. We even had someone (had room cleaned that day) borrow 20 euros from wife's purse.
