The location was certainly a big plus. The breakfast was also great.

The water in the shower tends to be warm during my stay. It was still fine and I didn’t bring this issue to the attention of the staff.

The Internet was a little unreliable and slow on our floor. Hot water was more warm than hot but still fine for shower..

In a region with chronic water problems, it’s utterly unacceptable to wait several minutes for warm water! And opaque windows that can’t even be opened are somewhat awkward as well. The usual temperature in the room and in the restaurant is below 20 degrees—while even the summer nights are pretty chilly in Puno.

Cheap. Good location.

No AC. no fan to get Air Flow. no security locks on the door to room (it took us 0.5 sec to 'break' into own room when we could not find the key right away), though there is security at main entrance and video security in many parts of hotel (but not by elevator/ our rooms). Pillow way too tall and cause neck pain.

EVERYTHING ! The best bed of all Perou !! The room was very big and comfortable. The service was perfect, they respond very fast to any kind of demand. The breakfast is very good, one of the best in Perou. The location is perfect. We loved this hotel so much that we booked for another night. They have an offer of activities to do in Puno and a airport shuttle service.

three bedroom was kind of dark and smelly.

The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious and well lit. The wifi worked well. There was a space heater!! The hotel is on a pedestrian only street. And the breakfast buffet was excellent!

The room carpet could use a cleaning. The plastic mattress pad was uncomfortable.

Breakfast was horrible. Inexplicably in room with open roof so we all shivered around heaters and not in actual dining room. Finished at 8 so we missed it the first day. Scrambled eggs were half fried half raw and served cold.

Central location, helpful staff, lovely big room, hot water and fantastic breakfast. I cannot fault this place. They even let us leave our luggage for two days whilst we took a trip. Would thoroughly recommend.

the location was really central and the hotel was the warmest we have stayed in Peru. The breakfast was quite filing and had good options.

there was no window handles to open the windows and it was quite difficult to get some fresh air during the day.

This was such good value, a good size room, really friendly staff, fast internet and in a good location. The staff helped with a number of small details I needed help with (like printing a document, organising taxis etc). I arrived at about 19:45 and there were cafe's open around the hotel so I didn't need to go far for food.

Decent price for a great location. The wifi worked most of the time, and the bed was comfortable. There was a lot of room. The staff was decently friendly.

The room was quite cold though, and the radiator did not work. The shower was leaky, so the floor got wet very fast. The window to the outside overlooked one of the main streets, so it was loud a lot of the time. The room had a strange odor.

Our spacious room facing the church heated up beautifully during the day. The beds were super comfortable and the shower hot and powerful. Initially we had trouble with wifi in our allocated room but the problem was addressed immediately. The technician was called out, we changed floors/rooms and finally had excellent high speed wifi. We could park our car safely on the road directly in front of the hotel. What stood out was the professional service from the receptionists Roger & Nancy. We appreciate their kindness during our stay. Highly recommend this hotel.
