Excellent location near the lake. Pleasant owners, good communication. Pets will be super comfortable in this house. In general, I am satisfied, everything went well.

We stayed at Normana Inn on two separate occasions. We posted the review about our first stay earlier. This is about our second separate stay on the way out of El Calafate. The location was still great, with serene views of the lake in a quiet area. The car is needed.

However, this time we were negatively surprised. The owner did not get in touch with us at all (not even via instant messaging) before arrival. The cabin seemed in a worse condition than a few days prior. It didn't feel clean to us at all. After we have checked out and paid for the stay via the link provided by the owner, the owner marked us as "no show" on booking.com. Not a great experience after all, which is a shame because the place has a lot of potential.

The location was excellent. It was on the side of the town, but still within a close driving distance (a car is necessary). The location is serene, with beautiful views od the lake. The room was warm and there was hot running water. We never met the owner. She was only texting us directions. This place has a potential to be a prime destination but it needs a lot of work to get there.

The place needs thorough cleaning. We stayed at cabin 6, and the apartment was quite filthy. The dishes needed a lot of cleaning, but there was no sponge. The linens didn't feel particularly pleasant. The bathrooms had problems - one of the showers was clogged up and the water was overfilling. Overall, we didn't feel good about the cleanliness of the apartment.

The room wasn't cleaned. There was soap only in one bathroom. The location is remote & the cabins entrance was very hard to find. There was no heat in the room & it was freezing. The water stream in the bathroom was very weak. The toilet wouldn't flash very well. I wouldn't recommend at all

there was no communication once we arrived couldn’t even find anyone when we wanted to. internet was especially weak so it was difficult for us to contact them to find out how things worked.

Quiet peaceful location

Access to the unit we stayed in was slightly difficult with a concrete path a bit rough especially at night and with a suitcase.

Great location. Privacy. Good kitchen (very bare bones, but nice)

No heat for the first 2 nights. We were very cold! Our gas oven/stove was giving us problems and not starting but the owner was very good at responding to messages and fixing things.
