We were in transit via Singapore and booked this place. The location is amazing. There’s a supermarket around and shopping area which is a great standby while waiting for the next flight. The place is very clean cozy and modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

checked in after a very late flight at 3am, staff at the desk was friendly and helpful and allowed us to extend our check out which we really appreciated! very useful hotel close to the airport

Size of room and layout for family of four. Easy commute on MRT from airport.

The hotel was exceptional with a huge credit to the lovely staff, I informed them it was my birthday and they assisted with arranging a reservation at a restaurant - which they didn't have to do, but they went above and beyond. The room was superb, the bed was comfy, and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I will definitely stay again when I return to Singapore. Thank you for having me, it was so appreciated!

Everything. Excelent if you have an overnight stay in Singapore, one MRT station from the airport.

Only thing is the noise from the train SMRT nearby so a room opposite the train station is a good choice. But if you have an early flight it's fine, train will wake you up at 0550.

The location is really close to Changi airport so good for an overnight stay before a flight. It is also next door to a big mall.shopping centre so able to buy clothes and a range of food.

Because it is close to the airport, it is far from the city.

it was clean and tidy. they kept me in a higher grade room although my 2nd n 3rd night were on a lower grade of room booking. they were friendly and helpful. ordered taxis efficiently.

Quiet area with local restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Close to changi airport

Poor knowledge of eating places and poor directions to MRT Coffee in room was abysmal

The location is perfect. 3mins away from both green and blue lines.

Nice pool on roof and gym. Very comfortable room. Good location for the airport but far from downtown.

Some of the personel weren’t very friendly. Shower leaked onto the floor.

The size of the room is good for a solo traveler. The location of the hotel is near Changi City Point mall just a short walk from the hotel to the mall. Customer service is fast and friendly. Overall is good.

Having a few more lighting in the room is good to make the room brighter. More Television channels for guests to choose from besides the normal channels. The bathroom is clean but having a bidet in every toilet would be better.
