Great house for family to spread out and very good location

The house was nice overall. Could use some TLC but rentals will never be fully up to date. Upon arrival there was a large full trash bag in the garage and airplane bottles and other trash left out by the pool. The washing machines have mold. The refrigerator was broken. We had to spend over 2 days on the phone with the management company and with a repairman in the main area of the house and the fridge was not repaired. The management company refuses to have a conversation about compensating us for the inconvenience.

First day there are plumbing was not working, raw sewage came up in showers downstairs. Plumber did not arrive till next day leaving us without toilet usage. Third day refrigerator went out, had to throw out all food. A dorm size refrigerator was brought to us to use rest of week then on day 5 our pool when green. Not ideal vacation with 10 family members.

Home was well-appointed. Every bedroom had its own full bath - perfect whether adults or kids. Master Suite was enormous! 2 living areas and with comfy bedrooms, the option of being social or having privacy was great! Location was great to all of the Sea Pines attraction. Texting with the property manager made check in seamless! Great value.

House was great. Pool heat was expensive but well worth the cost. The ice maker did not produce much ice. Had to buy ice daily. The beds need new mattress as they seem to be past their life span. Great location close to all that was going on. Management company was very responsive. On day one the grill was not useable and within hours there was a new grill. The grill tools were damaged and they provided new ones. The pool lights did not work and within 24 hours they were replaced. It was nice to have toilet paper provided but it was the crappiest toilet paper on the planet. Plan on getting you own. All in all a great time.

Great property!

I stayed here with my family and my friend’s family. It was perfect! Plenty of space for everyone. Close to the beach and restaurants. It was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed to feel at home!

Beautiful home. The walls and light switch could use a cleaning. The pool and patio area could use more light.

Loved this house! There was plenty of room for my extended family of 11. It was really nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom so no families had to share. Bike ride to beach was simple and fairly close. Rental company was very responsive with any questions. Pool was great but hard to keep clean with multiple trees overtop pool. Definitely recommend this house!!

This home was perfect for our 3 generation family. Elegant, yet extremely homey. The addition of their family pics added so much to the atmosphere. Simple, yet elegant decorating. We have been coming to Sea Pines over a span of 50 years and this is by far our favorite house for so many reasons. Location is great for us and pool area lanscaping is gorgeous. 5 stars!!

Things went generally smoothly. It was difficult at times to reach you. The listing said sleeps 14, but looked like 12 when you counted beds. There was a pull out couch, not mentioned. Some of our older teens couldn't make it so all turned out well. We liked the location and the home was beautifully constructed and decorated. Some furnishings are a bit worn, but the Master bath is spectacular. We had a wonderful week.

We loved this house so much that we chose it fir the 2nd year in a row. No one wanted to leave. We had no issues except for one toilet but mgmt took care of it immediately.

Great home to share, we had 3 families. Plenty of room for everyone. Short bike ride to beach and to Harbor town. Would definitely stay here again

House was great for our family get away. Nice private pool and a short bike ride to the beach.

House was wonderful, only downside is the pool is fairly shaded, pictures looked like it was more sunny. The house itself with the 4 master bedrooms w/ bathrooms and the 2 washer and dryers and large kitchen was just wonderful for our large group.

What a perfect vacation this was for our family! The house was lovely and had everything we needed. The pool was heated so we were able to enjoy it our entire stay. We had family members ranging in age from 84 to 2 months and the space was perfect. Our only request would be for an extra refrigerator. I highly recommend this house.

We have rented the same home for years in Sea Pines and this was our first year in different accommodations. We loved this house. It was very well appointed and we would recommend to anyone.

The house was fantastic! Location is amazing. BUT Tried to reach out to property manager, and like other reviews have said, heard back ZERO times. I called them multiple times and got transferred to Florida who said they can’t help me since I’m in Hilton Head. But, we were able to figure out everything we needed on our own.

We had an amazing trip, don't get me wrong, the house was absolutely beautiful, and lived up to every picture. It was the perfect setup for our weekend girls trip with super spacious rooms, a bathroom off of each bedroom, and plenty of common space. This property is amazing for renting with a group!! However, the property management group that manages it, was less than impressive. The whole experience just felt very stale - I wish the family who owned the house would just manage it themselves, it would have felt a bit more personal. It was poorly stocked for supplies, with one pitiful roll of cheap paper towels, a roll of paper thin toilet paper in each bathroom (for a 4-day booking) and when I had trouble checking in (you have to go to the Five-Star property office for your passes before entering Sea Pines) the number they had included sent me to a message center where a woman answered with no help at all, just taking a message. I have called again as one of our group members forgot her pillow and blanket at the house, and again, radio silence. No, this isn't a livid review where I don't recommend anyone stay at this property - it's beautiful! Just want to cast a heads up that it's the house and nothing more of an experience, if you have any issues, don't expect any help apparently! The proximity to the beach is nice, but you will have a good haul to the ocean so pack lightly!

I'll start with the pros: The house is beautiful. Loved the 2 laundry rooms. The skylights were awesome for natural lighting. The location was great. The extras were great too, as we didnt bring some essentials with us on the road so that helped. The kids loved that they had pool toys too. The cons: 2 of the TVs didnt work, one didn't power on and the other got an error message. We tried everything to troubleshoot. The internet was down for a full 24 hrs but the cable company came out to fix it. The ice make didnt make ice for the first day but don't know if it was due to the internet being down. Overall I'd love to visit again. We were all satisfied.
