A great rural finca with amazing gardens and totally private surroundings. If you're looking for a rural retreat then you can't go wrong here! Fruit trees, singing wild canaries around the pool. Getting there is a bit difficult, the roads are really steep and narrow and several were closed. Don't rely on GPS! The owner met us at the local petrol station and showed us the way in and out, which was really appreciated.

We were charmed by this superb house nestled in the heart of a magnificent environment. This property is even more beautiful in reality than on the pictures. The house has a lot of charm, both inside and out. It is huge, well equipped, the bedding very comfortable, the wifi works well. The surrounding garden is nicely landscaped and without any vis-à-vis. The swimming pool was sunny all day at the time of our stay (November), is very well maintained and offers all the necessary garden furniture, while having an exceptional view on the green mountain around. The house has 4 different terraces, including one on the roof, where we had a 360 degree view of the surrounding vegetation, as well as the ocean. When we arrived, we were offered a basket of fruit from the finca. The 5 ha estate includes several crops (oranges, lemons, apples, mangos, avocados, pomegranates, chestnuts, etc.). In short, we warmly recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants a peaceful stay in an idyllic setting.

Lovely Finca on the hill just above La Orotava. Beautiful and wide garden with various plantations. You may pick fruit and make fresh orange juice. Aircondition was not seen, however mobile electric heaters are are available. Also fireplace, firewood, grill, gas for cooking and hotwater. Large swimmingpool surrounded by orange trees and a lawn with deckchairs. This is a wonderful place to relax, however, fairly remote so car and torch are a must. 5 min drive to small but comprehensive supermarkets and restaurant. Rural neighbourhood, so birdlife, chicken and dogs (fenced) can be seen and heard. Friendly staff (thanks Santiago!) will show you the way and around and is available in case of any problem with the house. We had none, everything worked fine. Excellent communication with staff. To us a perfekt location with rural setting in canarian style.
