Good bar with food downstairs. Quiet, decent bed

Window mozy net was torn.

This is our ‘go to’ last minute get away accomodation. It’s always reliable, cheap, rooms are big, clean and comfortable, and it’s close to whatever you need in Umina. We’ve never had any trouble with noise from the hotel downstairs, even on New Year’s Eve. Good food available at the pub too or walk down to Margarita Daze on the beach.

I wasn’t expecting the free drink vouchers for the pub downstairs so that was a good surprise. Free bottle water in the fridge was also a good addition. Location was close to everything and perfect for where I had to go.

We did not have breakfast. Question not applicable.

For just an overnight stay, we could not complain.

Good value. Clean and comfortable. Short driving distance to a host of nice cafes.

We checked out before 10am on a Sunday and there was no on at reception to collect the keycard.

Bit noisy but staff addressed. It is a pub...creaky floors in some parts. Doors echo when they shut. Night travellers/ shift workers were not thoughtful. Showers could be heard running for what seemed like a very long time at am hours.
