We needed a location by the road, as we were leaving to another place. Was only a sleep stop. They accepted late checkin (1:00 am). The sheets were clean. Did not use the shower.

It could use better cleaning. The bathroom door would not close. In the bathroom there was bad sewage smell (did not see a vent so we can air it). Even if we paid about 90 euro, there was not even a glass in the room, so we can pour water in (we brought our own water as there is no option for minibar). There is no elevator, so we climbed 3 floors with luggage. The breakfast was poor and the tables were unclean. We were only given the choice for omelet or fried eggs. The salami was not that great. There was so mustard or ketchup for the sausage. The person serving us, was reluctant to bring my 9 yo son, breakfast (even if we paid for it), for the reason that the plate is too much, and to not waste it if he doesn’t eat all. It is first time this happens to us. The coffee was poor and the machine worked only for one coffee. The water was spilled over the table so we decided not to drink anything. There were no other options for drinks.

Excellent value for the room, we stayed for a week and were very comfortable, staff was very friendly and helpful, our rooms were tidy and cleaned almost every day. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable. We loved our stay and will return in the future

I met the weakest staff. They didnt give us breakfast anymore because they didn't have the goods anymore. At 9:30 the table were emty. I asked for my money to be returned for breakfast and a boy, Benete Leonard refused me saying that is it. He was also in the dining room and at the reception. Dna Paraschiv, the manager, could not be found to resolve the situation and to teach employees how to receive guests, not indifference and bad words. To bad 😡

The staff speaks English. Breakfast is good enough. An additional chair was provided. A lot of places to park our cars.

Issues with the internet. It was not stable, so meetings were hard to conduct. We were told that it's a temporary issue due to snow.
