Green territory, not too big or too small, nice upgrade to a 2-room suite (comfy with 2 kids). great connection with Gloria Serenity and Golf to use their facilities.

the train to Serenity was cancelled a couple of times without notifying the waiting guests. that was unexpected.

Staff, facilities, food

No thing

Hotel has a lot of facilities, which have different schedules. Personnel is quite helpful in explaining everything, Yulia provided all the information, answered our questions, helped to solve some of the small issues (not directly related to hotel) and booked for us some of the facilities. You can probably do everything by yourself, but if you are traveling with kids and family, it helps significantly. Food, facilities were quite good. Gyms are well equipped and comfortable. Territory, beaches are beautiful and very well maintained, enough of different activities for children, even in a low season. Personnel is doing their best to help you most of the time. Interior of the main part of hotel has a lot of trees and plants, literally everywhere, which is very nice.

Quite far away from the airport. No shuttles. Taxi is relatively expensive (at least 35 euros). Taxis that are going between Gloria hotels were quite bad for us, expensive, poor service, not suitable for children, though they are not related to the hotel itself. There are shuttles, but they are not going according to the schedule (or we were not lucky enough) and hard to follow. We had some questions beforehand, asked hotel via booking, and got a reply only a week or so later. Most of the time hotel was quite comfortable, not many people in February, but during last two days a lot of new people arrived, some of which, unfortunately, were smoking right at the territory of hotel, which was very unpleasant. Everywhere there are notifications about processing of your personal data, in a halls, elevators, on reception, sometimes during breakfast/lunch/dinner. There is a lot of legal text in small letters in turkish, sometimes in english. Seems to allow the hotel to share your data with others, and given the huge amount of such notifications, it makes impression that it is part of the business, which I don't like.
