-breakfast is awesome and brought to room daily -pool isnt too cold which i loved and very clean -they give fresh towels for pool/beach -free spa treatments daily (that were amazing) -they allow and enjoy pets -security always there -right across from 7/11 -insane view from penthouse top floor for sunrise

-maybe a shade outside to sit outside during the day as it gets very hot but that is seasonal -booking . com says you can pay at property but their policy is to charge the card ahead of time so that would be nice to know

Beautiful location with a peaceful sea view. Staff were brilliant and kept us in the loop. Inclusive breakfasts were delicious and served on our balcony each morning.

It was in a great location, quiet with the clean beach, the sand wasn’t that fine but is beautiful enough. The ocean view is spectacular. Pool was great too! The decoration of the room is nice, clean, exactly like the photo they posted on the app. The breakfast is exquisite! Services that Nokie, Martin and crews provided were awesome.

The location is quite far away from the Lamai center. But it’s okay for the price.

The view was exceptional

Pool was green and not maintained throughout our 4 night stay, so we couldn't swim. We understand this kind of thing happens but it really did impact our time in koh samui. Would of been nice if we were offered another resort to swim at. Beach was littered with rubbish, so didn't want to swim there either. Couldn't use the lovely balcony until the late afternoon due to intense sun and no shade cover. Property requires maintenance, quite run down. Balustrade is rotting, walls on some buildings require painting. Shower and bathtub was great being outside but very exposed to other villas and beach walkers. A simple roller bamboo screen would of helped if you don't want to be on show.

Perfect all around.

We really enjoyed our 12 night stay at Villa Nalinnadda. The room was very comfortable and clean, with a huge bathroom and an amazing ocean view. The hotel is right on a lovely beach and the pool was very clean. The staff were very nice and attentive. A great breakfast was served directly to the room every morning.

Nothing. The location is a little far from the touristic areas but that added to the appeal. Renting a motorbike would be recommended.

The owners of the hotel are so friendly and always giving a helping hand to make the stay of the guests as relaxing and comfortable as possible. the breakfast is delicious and we appreciated so much that we even got a breakfast package when it wasn’t possible to eat our breakfast at the hotel.

I can't explain how much we enjoyed our stay. It's a beautiful, isolated, family run "retreat". The owner, Nokkie, is extremely warming and makes it feel just like home. The rooms feel luxurious. A highlight of our whole trip. The breakfast was delicious and had a good range of options.

Nothing. Perfect stay. The hotel is a 15/20 min walk / taxi ride away from Lamai, so you get nice quietness away from the main centre but it's still easily accessible
