Breakfast was basic, but perfectly adequate. Room was spotlessly clean with a very comfortable bed & modern en-suite. Excellent location, with parking very close by. Mo was extremely friendly & welcoming, with excellent communication. Will definitely stay again.

Room was a little tired, could do with a lick of paint to freshen it up.

The location was perfect for me and the property was well managed by Mo.

I liked just being able to help myself. There was a good choice.

I thought a private bathroom meant en suite but that was my mistake.Some noise from outside but that wasn't the owners fault.

The room (particularly under the bed and radiator grills) were filthy The bathroom had several areas on the ceiling with mold spores growing The bathroom towel rail didn't work The room wasn't warm enough, but when we phoned the owner he did pop round and put the central heating on The carpets in several common areas were either threadbare or dirty

Good contact from the host informing us how to get our keys and where to park nearby. Breakfast was self-serve with fresh bread, milk, cereals and fruit juices available. Also some pastries, fresh fruit and yohurts. A good range of options and well presented. The beds were very comfy and overall the rooms were clean with good en-suite facillities. Excellent location near to bars, restuarants and the beach.

The property was in an excellent location. The facilities were clean and you had free WiFi.

The fact that the neighbours were noisy and that was beyond the control of the staff but it was annoying on the ground floor. There is no parking and had to pay £9.95 a day for parking.

Its located in a quiet area but closer to the city centre and the beach.

Clean and comfy accommodation in a good location. if you are lucky there is even free parking.

Breakfast a bit lacking no hot food. Just toast orange juice ceral. No insuite bathroom had to walk down a step to get to it.But i did have all it to my to myself it was private.But i was the only single room in the house.

The location is excellent, bathrooms are new.

Self-serve breakfast with some packaged food is not adequate for this price. I wouldn’t mind self serving breakfast, but at least some fresh food and real coffee (not only Nescafé) should be available.

the bed was extremely small even though for 2, not so comfortable for the night. we should have taken the bigger bed as offered in the description

Location was great. Pressure of the shower was good. Room where you can obtain breakfast products and drinks was open all the time.

Room size was way to snug for two. The walls are paper thin, so you can hear people talking in the breakfast room next door and using the stairs. A good number of areas throughout the hotel is in need of redecoration. The room should benefit from newer towels and kettle. The mattress was extremely soft and not comfortable to sit on and felt like it was at the end of it's life. The pillow cases had stains and the duvet was in need of a GOOD hot wash. Unsure how many days the cakes were there in the bread bin, so didn't get the impression they were fresh. Was overall really disappointed...

Bed was awesome and the breakfast room was clean and lovely decor.

Bath towels were very small would not go round me and I'm very small, the room size was tiny compared to the pictures. Breakfast was pre packaged not fresh,
