Ocean front house was wonderful. Everything was top notch. We had plenty of space in the unit, and the food cooked by the Teresa daily was wonderful. We felt spoiled. Amazing views and very relaxing. Access to all the different beach clubs was great. We also did a trip to the nearby islands to snorkel which was super fun. Additionally, it’s right next to the gate to town with a bunch of restaurants we enjoyed. Highly recommend this unit. Owner, concierge and staff were all Wonderul.

Casa O was the best place for my family of 6. Plenty of space, service (food and housekeeping) was amazing, and we loved the variety of all the beach clubs. Will definitely return.

Could not have picked a better place to stay than Casa-O. Everyone was fantastic, from our concierge Max who booked our eco-snorkeling excursion and in-suite massages, to Teresa who prepared delicious meals to Antonio who transported everyone safely to and from the airport and finally to our host Dennis for providing everything we could possibly need. The condo itself was beautiful and close to town. The golf cart was well-used transporting our group to and from the various beach clubs that come with the elevated memberships Casa-O provides. Would definitely stay again!

Let me start by saying that the online photos does not do enough justice for Casa O! This property is so beautiful and well-decorated. The views and location are optimal. I had family fly in from the east coast and they were blown away as well. Truly a great place to stay and can't wait to return. The communication with Dennis and Max was great! You will love this property!

What an incredible vacation & Casa O was perfect for our family 5 adults & 2 children. Our concierge Max was great and the housekeep & Cook were fantastic. The views and location of Casa O can’t be beat. The beach clubs offered the perfect variety of things for our family to do. Between beach hangs and pool time.

Our stay at Casa O far exceeded our expectations! Our transportation arrived as promised. Max, the property manager, met us upon our arrival at Casa O. The cook and housekeeper, Teresa, cooked us an amazing breakfast and lunch. It was a nice touch to be greeted with chips, and freshly made salsa and guacamole. The condo was well-appointed and felt like home. The town of Punta de Mita is a short stroll from the condo (our favorite restaurant was La Rustica). It was extremely convenient to have a grocery store (el Mercado) and pharmacy in such close proximity to the condo. The visits to the beach clubs were fun (Kupuri was our favorite). Dinners at the St. Regis and Four Seasons were a nice change of pace and a great opportunity to see what other properties are like. Surf lessons were easy to book (we did it in town as they gave large group discounts). By far, our favorite thing to do was to sit on the patio and watch the surfers. When you're right on the ocean there is so much beauty to be admired. Thank you Casa O for an outstanding and memorable vacation!

Stayed at Caso O the week of Memorial Day; Punta Mita was very quiet compared to when were last there on this same weekend three years ago and we practically had the beach clubs and restaurants to ourselves this time. We have been to Hacienda de Mita several times over the years but this was our first stay at Casa O and it did not disappoint. Property is as advertised; the owners and management were on top of things and our cook and maids were exceptional. Patio overlooking the beach from the third floor stayed relatively cool and breezy and we spent many late afternoons lounging there watching the paddle boarders and fishing boats before dinner. Overall another great experience at Hacienda de Mita and Caso O is a great option if you are looking to go.

Fantastic location and property with lots of amenities near by. Max and his staff were great communicators and made sure we had everything the family needed for a great stay. We miss the lady’s cooking already!!
