Unfriendly staff. I booked the room as i was on my way with a bus to Varna and wrote a message that i could come to the hotel not earlier than 21:30 ( as it was app. 20:15) . A lady has phoned me immediately and i really did not get what she wanted from me as she did not speak any word english, expecting me talking to her in russian ( probably because of my forename). After 5 minutes of questions i got she want me to come right now, as she had to close. As expected i came at 21:30 and there was her son at the reception who told : „ no card only cash“ . I asked him if i can at least put my bag and after that go to look for an ATM in the city. He wanted the cash immediately, but as i told that probably it is easier to find another hotel he agreed to get money the next morning and went. Than the lady phone and insisted she comes to TAKE MY PASSPORT !!! To keep it till i bring the money. Awful experience. Awful furniture in the room.

No kettle or microwave, poor mattresses The air conditioner was dripping and needs a cleaning because it gave me allergies. There was drilling and hammering in the building from about 8.30am on weekdays, which was quite loud.

The extremely nice and friendly owner met us at the facility and took us to our room, which was neat and spacious. The room is located in the very center of the city, which was fantastic, but unfortunately, we only had one night, so we didn't see much. In any case, if we come to Varna again, we will stay in the same room again. Thank you, ma'am.

It was neat, near every important part of the city's centre and offered a cheap stay.

In the morning it was very noisy.. couldn't sleep well. Super small room. Noisy air conditioner. Smelly room.. probably because of cigarette smoking customers

I ordered a room for 1 day, in connection with a flight to Russia from Varna airport. Great location. There are many restaurants and cafes around. Nice staff. I lived in a cozy attic with a beautiful view of the park, the cathedral and the theater. It is convenient to get to the airport by bus number 409, stop not far from the hotel, in front of the cathedral.

Very steep staircase. But this is the exoticism of the old house :-) There are no other complaints. My wife and I liked everything

It was clean , great value for the cost , the location is great , close to everything and if you are a tourist like me , finding the spot with Maps or through instructions from others is easy.

The shower's water heater wasnt working quite well.

There was enough room for everyone and it was quite comfortable! Hospitality from the staff is also a plus
