The best of the best!

Nice, big and very clean rooms. Very good food and a big variety of tastes in the restaurant.

Lack of a gym. Cold water in the outside pool, but for the mid of May I can deal with that.

Poor All Inclusive service after September

it was clean, verry nice at a verry good price. comfortable . the staff is helpful and nice .

sadly the food was little limited. soups were the same at lunch and dinner. spaghetti fans could be bothered because of the same red sauce and cheese sauce . the booze was gross with no taste. i recommend to drink gin tonics and sprite. the distance to the beach is greater than advertised

Hotel excelsior made us feel at home, could not recommend more highly! The food offered daily has a huge variety options and great choices for vegetarians too. There is really something for everyone. The staff were attentive at cleaning away plates. The place was immaculate. The room was very comfortable, it had everything we needed and was cleaned daily. Location was great, the beach is only a ten minute walk away, there’s a free shuttle offered too which we didn’t need as it was so close. The bar has a fab range of drinks and very friendly staff running it. The pool side had plenty of chairs and was in the gardens so felt private.

Nice stay, polite receptionist, clean, modern room

Absolutely everything was amazing!! Staff were super friendly and spoke good English. Location is very ideal, 5-ish minutes from the beach but not near the busy and noisy strip. Restaurant has a great spread of food for anyone of any diet. Rooms are modern and accommodating with great air conditioning and a balcony included in every one. The pool area is great with loads of sun beds available around the sides plus table tennis and option to use volleyball/football/tennis courts for a very reasonable fee.

Everything was excellent. Service was great, we were expected, room prepare and parking was available at the entrance. Rooms were big enough and were all areas of it were clean. Food was as expected, good variety, good taste and plenty for all the guest. Shuttle bus was a good addon All staff was sliming and services were great. Bar was always well presented and prepared.

The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. the restaurant was very nicely decorated, nice music all the time and very clean. The food was delicious, there was a variety of food every day.

Food was good, the rooms are beautiful and clean, the pool is nice and it has shadow from the trees around.

It is hard to reach the beach even if it is a bus with this puropose. Also, our car got taken away even if we payed for parking and the reception looked like it didn’t care even if we payed them.

They put our rooms close together as we asked for. Beautiful view. Good and comfy beds.

I must to park my car in other location and pay 20 leva/day as the hotel parking lot was full. The beach 20 mn from hotel. Transport each hour from 9h00 to 16h20. Very poor choice of drinks and poor quality.

Everything was amazing! The view, the personal, i felt wonderful! i will definitely return to this hotel! great!

The food ( but not the coffee)

For a 4 stars hotel is difficult to accept the lack of a real parking place. You must park your car behind another one. If you want to leave the hotel by car you must be sure that the staff can ask the one who is behind you to move the car. We were not in this situation, but the family in front of us waited our return. We arrived at 11 pm so we made the check in. After 14h 30 we waited 2 hours to have the keys. On a piece of paper (in the "parking lot" of a 4 stars hotel) it was written ( ONLY in romanian strange because we understand English) that the parking is not guarded. When we arrived outside the hotel (back entrance) clean towels and sheets were unloaded on the floor, 10 m further from the back entrance were garbage bags. The room in definitely not a four stars room. (garbage bags, the smallest TV I have eve seen in a hotel room) Next day: they put some toilet paper without cleaning the floor and the towel on the floor (to be changed) was very carefully arranged
