Geringe Tischtiefe, kann Laptop nicht aufklappen. Zu viel Wert wird auf das Design gelegt. Man kann nicht einmal einfache Arbeiten am PC erledigen. Die Heizung befindet sich hinter Vorhängen, so dass sich die Wärme nicht im ganzen Raum verteilt, wenn die Vorhänge nicht aufgezogen sind. Das WLAN war unbrauchbar, entweder wegen der schlechten Ausstattung oder wegen der großen Anzahl von Menschen wegen der Messe. Konferenzgespräche sind überhaupt nicht möglich.

Die Flieger hört man nur leise wenn die Fenster geöffnet sind. Sehr schöne und große Zimmer. Super freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Perfekt mit Hund, da hinter dem Haus gleich eine Wiese und kleiner Rundgang ist. Tolles Restaurant, gemütlich innen wie Außen

Leider war das Zimmer sehr kalt und die Wartezeiten beim Check out sehr lang. Obwohl weiteres Personal rumlief wurde kein zweiter Schalter geöffnet.

War prima so

I loved the hotel the staff were always friendly and their English fairly good. Breakfast which was included was amazing and mostly quite each morning which was nice. Room was flat and shower was walk in so that made for an easy accessible experience as a mobility Scooter user.

Restaurant was closed on Sundays was its quiet and I didn't realise groceries stores were closed on Sundays so that was tricky.

They didn't have our booking on the day we arrived. The room wasn't clean. They didn't clean our rooms for 3 days. We booked this hotel because it had free parking....we filtered our booking with booking.com to only show hotels with free parking... on day of our departure they asked us to pay €18..we told the lady at the reception that the parking was included in the price we paid, she refused to accept that our booking was with the parking included... we paid the €18 .. It got to the point that police were called we weren't allowed to leave...the lady at the reception stoped us from leaving the hotel. At one point we were told leave my hotel and never comeback, next she stoped us from leaving..she said to us that she is front office manager when we aaked her name to report her bad behaviour to the hotel head office. Very unprofessional of her, she shouldn't be working in hospitality at all.. A young man tried to de-esclat the situation and later apologised on behalf of the hotel... we don't recommend the hotel at all based on our bad experience....We won't be using booking.com either.

Nothing good

Reception attitude is amazing strange! We have booked on booking, and they sent us confirmation. But when we check in , reception said they can not find, so we wait for 30 mins! And then they have no excuse! The attitude as we don’t pay…….And we have 2 kids but they give us the room with strong smoking smell. Also the room almost has no Wi-Fi , and no TV Programm. Really unfriendly trip. We will never suggest anyone here .

Comfortable bed. Looked to be clean, though hard to tell due to being so dark.

Ridiculously large room (could have fit 6 King size beds), whilst that's not necessary bad a bad thing, the room was so sparse it felt like you were sleeping in a conference room! Tiny toilet by comparison that made you feel claustrophobic due to the black paint. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room. No iron/ironing board either. No Safe. No control over the air-con unit which made it hard to sleep. Older plug sockets (no USB). Single small towel that was hard to dry with. Hallway to room was so dark, couldn't tell if the door was contactless or slot with key card. Very dark all round the hotel. Paid for half board and told at check-in the kitchen closed at 10pm in the evening. Went for a meal at 9pm and the restaurant was practically shut. Cook seemed annoyed when asked to reopen kitchen. Was given a menu, then told half-board is covered on that, so was given two options off a post-it note - salmon or a chicken stir-fry. Opted for the latter, which was swimming in oil, old dry chicken, and filled with celery (which am allergic to!). Breakfast was a bit better, buffet, but no greeting from staff in the morning, no checking of guests. You could easily walk in off the street and help yourself. Really bitter coffee from the machine. Booked here over other options due to a 50% discount option going - I can understand why now.

Comfortable bed, spacious room offering value for money

Bizarre service. Reception staff inconspicuous to the point of needing to be tracked down. Inexplicably, when room was serviced on 2 mornings, the half used soap and toiletries were removed and not replaced, and a €2 coin left on the side was taken. Very strange

not comfortable that the room doesn’t have security chain, or security door chain or cannot lock again from the inside. As my room was on the ground floor and the hotel was quite busy on Saturday night I felt quite on the edge and not secure as I travelled alone.

The large room was not heated at all when we arrived in the evening in January.

Very modern and clean property. Staff friendly and helpful. Good selection at buffet breakfast and evening meals in restaurant varied with good quality.

Very poor sound proofing in the rooms. Lots of traffic noise on weekday mornings. Open plan shower room with large window facing into the bedroom so no privacy when showering.
