the bed was very comfy and some of the staff were quite nice.

my room smelled and the fridge made a lot of noise. the internet connection was quite bad depending the place of the bedroom you were in and the breakfast wasn’t varied.

The hotel is nicely located in the Palermo neighborhood, close to the metro, bus and many bars and restaurants. Despite that, the rooms are reasonably quiet. The room is also big and comfortable. The breakfast selection is limited, but still very tasty.

Overall not much negative. The only thing is that the wifi is not the best. It works, but loading times are quite long, even for basic things like googling something.

Clean and it is a very good location for the La Rural Exhibition area.

Wifi connection needed to be improve, it was bad, about 1-2 m/bit. Breakfast was enough but expected to be better.

The only thing we liked about the property was that it is close to the American embassy and an outlet mall.

To name a few that were super major for us was that the cleaning didn’t respect the privacy please sign that you post on the door. They would call you in the middle of the morning and then hang up. Cleaning would have us leave every single day unless we told them we don’t want room service. Some days we would come back and our room wouldn’t even be clean and this is us being gone anywhere from 3-6 hours. From our perspective it didn’t seem like there were very many people. Cleaning would enter our room without a knock while we were eating breakfast. The breakfast is the same every single day and we mean every single day. The staff always seemed upset or grumpy that they were there. By the way the pictures that are posted on here don’t see to be as accurate. (as nice)

The location is perfect when you have to do some paperwork at the US embassy.

The mattress was not confortable at all. The AC was noisy because it is very old. The breakfast was very poor for the price.

Time to check in and get to and from the airport. It's pretty far, and they don't have a shuttle.
