in the web site said the my room was front to the beach but ir was not

nothing about the actual room but loved the hotel. room wasn’t the best.

the pools

Location is ideal with access right to the beach. Facilities are kept up with access to both indoor and outdoor pools. Free secure parking available. Room was complete with any amenities that could be needed during a short stay and room was well kept up with. Access to room was easy with clear instructions.

The room does not have a pleasant view, but that was fully stated in room description and understood before booking. Hotel is under renovation, so construction is slightly noisy, but not the fault of the hosts at all. Bathroom is on the smaller side, but all was shown and included in description. Value is great for what is provided.

close to restaurants & stuff

room was outdated and had some hair on the wall in the bathroom carpet was old & dirty walls looked dirty and stains on the ceiling the sliding door would not open & the lamp on the dresser would not turn off had to unplug it

Couldn't use all the the balcony after I called and ask specifically about it and now don't want to accommodate me. I'm very clasterfobic and was very uncomfortable on this trip and nobody tried to help. I called multiple times...even today after check out. Asked for a manager and did not get to speak to 1

Wrong description on property regarding ocean front and ocean view. There was no view nothing.
