La posizione davvero centralissima perfetta per esplorare Nizza e l'appartamento era abbastanza pulito

Nell'appartamento mancano i beni di prima necessità. Noi eravamo 5 amiche e ci è stato fornito un solo asciugamano a testa, un solo rotolo di carta igienica per 2 giorni, nessun tipo di sapone, neanche un pochino di sapone per le mani, o altro prodotto da bagno. Anche la cucina completamente sprovvista di un panno per asciugarsi le mani e senza neanche una cialda di caffè o una bottiglietta d'acqua di benvenuto. Il neo più grande però è stato la doccia che era bloccata su un'unica temperatura perché rotta, ed è risultato impossibile farsi una doccia fatta bene perché l'acqua così calda era insostenibile. Inoltre il proprietario non lo abbiamo mai visto, ci ha fornito solamente i codici per entrare, ma non c'è neanche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli da qualche parte prima o dopo il soggiorno.

The location was good, you can walk to all the good restaurants, beach, promenade, etc. The owner was kind and helped us to keep our luggages 2.5 hour before the check out.

The property need renovation, it looks dirty and very used. The only clean area was the bed. I let some toilet paper and soap for the next tourists because we find just 1 toilet paper and no soap. The apartment deserve more attention because it is in a good location and Nice is a beautiful city.

The location of the property is excellent and it’s very easy to find.

As per other peoples reviews; there property is let down by a serve lack in basic hygiene and basic things such as toilet roll, hand gel and pillows (the bed ‘pillows’ were cushions. It’s sad because all the place needs is a lick of paint, some care and about 100 euros of new stuff… to list a few of the issues. The kitchen sink doesn’t have a working plug. There’s a coffee maker but it leaks with no pods provided. The sauce pans are extremely old and dirty. The cups and sauces were dirty and a lot have chips in them. The bedroom pillows are more like cushions. The washing machine was extremely noisy and sounds like it needs a new drum/replaced. Only half a toilet roll!! There was no hand soap it was actually an old bottle of dish soap that another guest has resorted to using.. and the whole unit was still rather dirty despite the cleaner being there.. we noticed the cleaner didn’t have any cleaning supplies when she left leaning she used only what was in the apartment, which was very little.. there was only a bottle of spray under the sink etc.. great location but not value for money in terms of what’s on offer. Side not the building next door is being torn down! Heavy drilling at 7am in the morning not the owners fault but worth earning guests first

Location was great as close to shops, supermarket. Transport & attractions. The apartment is spacious. Host is very accomodating.

Certain items were not working properly but not very major.

Great location near the old town and quick replies from host to any queries. Good accommodation with everything you need for a stay. Accommodation was larger enough for a party of 6. 2 bedrooms and one double sofa bed in the living area.

Sofa bed could have had better bedding.
