Excellent location and amenities. It is very close to the ferry pier. You can reach the hotel in 10mins walk from the pier. The room is nicely decorated and clean. You can enjoy the Lijiang river scenery from the balcony. The restaurant at the hotel is great as well. An excellent experience! I will recommend this hotel to other travellers.

No lift, difficult to carry family luggage up to 4th floor in summer hot days. Pay extra parking fee for 40 CNY for overnight (fee been notified but not specific amount). Ground floor used for restaurant operating for all tourism visitors which is noisy till 10pm. Room 403 was roofed with steel which means hot and not easy to cool down by A/C in 30 mins. Bathroom is small, and sanitary wares not in good quality accord.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the location was excellent. Ella in particular was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is in an excellent location, on the river but just a short walk to the town centre and also the cruise boat terminal. The staff were super-helpful and also spoke good English. They helped me get the covid test necessary to stay in Yangshuo at the moment, and gave me the choice of any room on the top floor. They were all a little different, large and characterful with excellent views of the river. I did not eat there, but there is a Chinese restaurant that was very popular each evening with local people. There is also a really excellent coffee shop immediately next door, and a bar up the road on the covered walkway to the ferry terminal which in my opinion has the best beer, pizzas and most reasonably priced cocktails in town. If I am allowed to mention names in reviews, it is called "Demo". The hotel was excellent value too.

No fridge in the room was the only thing missing.

When I arrived, I needed to be taken to the hospital to do a COVID test (Government rules had changed whilst I was travelling here) and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They took me there and brought me back. I had to stay in my room whilst waiting for the results but they helped me order food from the restaurant downstairs and they collected my results for me from the hospital the next day. Really wonderful people there. The rooms were great and the location was perfect too. I wish I could've stayed longer but I cut my trip short due to the virus outbreak.

Great location for those who like to stay in the city, just a few minutes away from the West Street. The bedroom and bathroom were small but comfortable. The staff were helpful and they all spoke English.

The reception is at the restaurant which makes the entrance very busy all the time. There was no breakfast at all and we needed to look for a place to eat every morning, they only served local food for lunch and dinner. I don’t recommend staying there during the weekends, as it’s a very busy street where people drink and play games all night and it’s quite noisy, impossible to sleep.

The hotel is way too beautiful. The rooms are exactly as on the pictures. Mountain View and it is right there on the river side. The beds are too soft and comfortable. I loved their beer fish, so delicious. Walking distance to West Street- great location.

Booking the tour with them is way too pricey. Just take the bus/Didi to go see the Tourist attraction. It’s way cheaper that way.

The overall facility setup is unique and nice, kinda take you back in time. The in-house restaurant is also wonderful, much better than many of the restaurants around the area.

There were some construction near by, not the fault of the hotel.

Beautiful location overlooking the river, and a short walk for West street and the tourist areas. Checking in was excellent, as ever we arrived tired and and a bit dishevelled, and were offered tea whilst the passports were copied, etc. All staff speak good English, not found in all Chinese hotels by any means! We had a river view room with a balcony and lovely view over the river. The room is spacious, although a bit short on storage space. There is a mosquito net over the window. Meals at the hotel were excellent and reasonably priced: good evening meals and breakfast with choices to suit all tastes. We never thought of going anywhere else for food. Although there is no lift, our cases were carried to (and collected from) the 4th floor so this was not a problem. However a top floor room would not be suitable for someone of limited mobility. We stayed in many good hotels during our tour of China, but I think this was the best!

Everything at this hotel is amazing! The food in their restaurant is so tasty, fabulous selection and very reasonably priced. We ended up staying 8 nights. Vivian, Kevin, Ella and the rest of the staff are excellent in every way. They are great at suggesting and arranging tours, extremely personable and have very, very good English too! We highly recommend this hotel and would return again! The word "awesome" sums up our experience!
