Room was not clean properly especially the bed sheet was dirty

the room not well maintenance. air conditional very cold cannot adjust

furniture is old and dirty we do not feel comfortable sitting on it.

Location near to JB Sentral. Huge room. Got bathtub.

Bathroom floor and wall are slippery like soap residue from the mopping left after the floor dried. Not safe for old people. Tv is located in the living hall, not in the bedroom. You cannot watch tv when in bed. Need to sit at sofa or dining table to watch tv. Need to validate parking (your TnG) before you go out every time. So if you're out 3x per day, you need to validate 3x.

Firstly, I would like to thank the manager and the staffs for the hospitality.

I was quite dissapointed with all the facilities that was in the hotel, Firstly, I booked this hotel because I thought it was all to my standard because I was a regular customer. The last few years when I booked this hotel, they even have a smoking room but this time there is none. My husband was quite pissed off. But to my surprise, the food and the facilities were all not to my expectations. I booked a queen studio room. When I entered the room, the door did not have a safety latch to lock. The toilets were clean but the bathtub sinkhole was a bit choked. Then the room looked old with the tv that was not situated in front of the bed, the tv channels were not friendly user. There were limited channels. The jug was dirty and rusty and same goes to the microwave was dusty too. When we had breakfast in the morning, the food was limited and there were not variety of food compared to last few years. The coffee machine, needs to press harder in order to get a cup of coffee. The was a customer also who needs my help to press the coffee machine. My husband did not eat much because it keep telling me that the food standard was also bad. He lost his appetite. I hope with my comments, you will look into them considerately and positively as to keep the upright of your hospitality and accomodation for the others. Thank you Yours Sincerely Arianna Huda
