Poor facility . Furniture was old and not up to standard and not good for the money Could not get late check out. Cleaning team went inside the apartment and pushed me to leave immediately with Attitude This behavior is not acceptable and I would not consider this apartment in the future or consider it to my acquaintance

we can’t lock the door then we call them and they fixed it. However, they were know that the door can’t close and they complete the reservation.

Looking to burj khalifah and fountain

Small apartment and every place was utilized by putting vasa and plants and dining table was filled with plates. The spray of the master room was broken up on check in and nothing was done till tomorrow 12 pm (to replace it ) and water is very weak in shower. No toilet tissues , no tissues and few number of towels, soap. The apartment was noisy and near elevator . The elevator was time consuming ( waiting long time ). The furniture is old and beds , tables all with glass which not fit for family with small children because every thing in the apartment is fragile ( deposit of 2000 Dirham for insurance) Washing machine and dish washer is old design. The staff were non friendly up on check out , coming 1/2 hour before check out waiting in front of the door. So I am not recommending this apartment for any family till renovation is done.

Just asked for a late checkout by an hour but they dint agree. But otherwise the staff was very friendly and the stay was really good.

Size of the 3rd room. HORRIBLE and super tiny for my 6’5 husband’s height.

It’s listed as 3 bed room apartment But in reality is 2 bed rooms and one maid room that barley fit a small bed with no room for a closets ,night stands and even you can’t walk inside it On the second bedroom half of the closet is locked as it have the stuff belongings

The day we arrived the apartment was dirty ,food left in the fridge ,hair on the floor in all rooms , lots of stains on the sofas , I have WhatsApp conversations that they admit the dirt and said sorry
